Speaker 1:

Yo, yo yo, it's your boy, the Hood Flores, and y'all tuning in to the Rollback Show. We're doing a follow-up interview with my boy, chicago Explicit. What's up, y'all, if you know. You know, see, on that first podcast y'all got to hear how he got here and shit this podcast. Folks say he got shit to say. So it's the Chicago Explicit Show. That's great. How you want to kick this thing off, dog.

Speaker 2:

Well, I want to say that I that like it's just like. I feel like it's like it's crazy, um, but everybody like that's been like joining the community. I've been seeing like so many like new people and like everybody's been showing love to each other like, uh, you remember like 2021, like something like that, like somewhere around there, like where everybody just started like being media and like everybody like was showing love to each other, yada, yada. I feel like that type of vibe is like it uh is back, like there's there's so many, there's so many like new people that like have like so many, so much potential. Like it's it's kind of crazy because we have like some, some new people doing like fisheye content. Uh, we got people doing like, you know, like the 360 cams. Yeah, yeah, some people are doing those too. That shit's crazy. I feel like that's crazy because I see, uh, I see bro running around in the pit chasing the car with the 360 cam.

Speaker 2:

Yeah he's, uh, his page is pretty dope. Um, he asked me for some advice and, like I said in the last podcast, I'm not hollywood, so so I always try to help everybody, but uh, I don't know, I feel like uh, film by cat with the k is kind of going crazy lately.

Speaker 2:

He's because he's uh, I thought when I first saw his like one of his videos, um, I felt like his shit, like I thought he was like he had, he had more followers. He he just barely hit, hit a thousand, like that. That's crazy to me, like I liked his videos before he even like had reached out to me, like yeah you know how, like you can see potential in people, like for, like people's videos are, like for your views or whatever, like, whatever it could be, that's like. That's just crazy to me.

Speaker 1:

G, you know what I mean. Like I be seeing film by Cap stuff. He come across my desk often.

Speaker 2:

Yes, sir, he's pretty. I don't know man. I don't know how he does it. That man has to be tired At the end of the meets, bro, his legs he gonna wake up the next day His legs sore as shit.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, chasing them cars down Ain't no joke For real. Trust me, I know Playing dodge with them and all that shit. That shit is work Cause the next day. Body I'm an old nigga Body be tired, but it's fun, it's all worth it.

Speaker 2:

So do you plan on traveling? I know Texas House of Power is coming up. I'm going to try to go to that. That's in February. I just got to figure out a ride. I got some money saved up right now so hopefully I'll be able to be a financial for that. Something like what Probably like 500,. Something like that. What driving Hell? No, I'd be flying the fuck. I'd be too tired to drive.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I was going to say you're crazy.

Speaker 2:

Hell, no, that's crazy.

Speaker 1:

If you get your flight early enough, it'd be only, it'll probably be like only 250, 300 round trip. Right, right, right, yeah, like g, when I went flights round trip was 300, my rental was 350. We stayed in a in a bullshit hotel because we was only there for a date.

Speaker 2:

You know what I'm saying?

Speaker 1:

We literally flew in and flew right out. We didn't know the hotel was bullshit, we wouldn't have went there. Next time I'm staying in downtown Dallas. I don't give a fuck.

Speaker 2:

Shit. I mean, if you're going gonna be going there, you might wanna see Sicy Like. Did you like? Did you even like Like roam around or not?

Speaker 1:

No, I didn't have no time. I literally got off the plane, went to the flower wholesale, drove to Thop Like I didn't eat or shit Like, get the fuck out. I swear to God, I changed, I changed my. I changed my, my my flight clothes in the car at a motherfucking little like it was like a little mini walmart and the dude pulled up on me. He saw me trying to change my pants and he rolled up and said, hey, yo me trying to change my pants. And he rolled up and said, hey, yo you trying to change your britches. I'm like yeah. He's like okay, I'm gonna park on the other side. Real as fuck. Holy shit, gee shit was funny as hell, probably one of the best experiences I've had in a long time.

Speaker 2:

Awesome, some crazy shit happened there, though I thought.

Speaker 1:

Witness. It was insane, but epic.

Speaker 2:

Oh no, yeah, for sure, For sure, for sure.

Speaker 1:

Like I got all this vlog footage and I'm just dropping little one and a half minute clips of like a storyline to kind of like talk shit to you what's going on. But like I got, I got like damn near two, three hours worth of footage. I'm gonna trim it down, put it on YouTube hell yeah, that's a weird attraction for sure, yeah, like gee, I even got like car shit popping off, but like it's wrong, like I had a ball.

Speaker 2:

Hell, yeah, I saw, dude, you were fucking. I see the first video I saw.

Speaker 1:

I thought, well, I saw, uh, the grand 4.6 video with the tandem with mo and them, right yeah, and then I saw your ass, just fuck, just throwing fucking flowers and it's, and it's crazy because, I swear to God, I felt like Mo Racks won. So that's why I threw the flowers on him, bro, in my eyes, folks was doing them, but Mo, a humble dude, he was like, yeah, no, city Boy got that. So, city Boy, I owe you a rose Petal Shower, nigga. So whenever the next time I see you yeah, no, homo, it's an honor, nigga it. Whenever the next time I see you yeah, no, homo, it's an honor, nigga, it's an honor. Nah, they was going crazy, bro. Yeah, nah, I think the best rose petal shit I did was with Mamba GT. The latest video I seen from a different angle all that smoke and you just see me, just tanning buckets making them bitches confetti that shit was lit.

Speaker 2:

It was like the old days, bro. That was the old days. You was overly prepared. You had hella. All I've just been seeing is them. Shits is all over the floor. They were everywhere.

Speaker 1:

It just brings some beauty. Just brings some beauty to something that they deem so fucking chaotic and dangerous, and we just out here having fun, man.

Speaker 2:

I mean obviously like shit's going to happen. But, like you know, let's get back to K-Smack Come on Okay, I know my wrist playing chicken with them.

Speaker 1:

Cars to throw them rose petals at the head.

Speaker 2:

Oh yeah, I'd be playing chicken with my phone.

Speaker 1:

Shit. So you've been around for a long time, si, and you've been a part of 312 for a long time, indeed. So seeing All the seat changes, uh huh, how did, how did that affect you Like? How did it? How did it make you feel At Like At each stage? Well Cause, you've been here for a long time.

Speaker 2:

I mean I could tell you the whole story From like how I got introduced to At each stage. Well, because you've been here for a long time, I mean I could tell you the whole story from like how, like I got introduced to 312, till, like, till now.

Speaker 2:

I mean so Fuck, it was like maybe like 2019. Okay, that's when Rio was still a part of 312, right, yeah, still in the chair, right, right, right. And I had seen that he posted merch on his story and I was like, hey, let me get something. You know, like I was talking about the yellow 312 one with the 312 crew on the back. Yeah, that was the first fucking merch that I had ever got. Now some people might remember this, but there was an OG Blue hoodie too. That Baby Driver had ever got. Now, some people might remember this, but there was a og blue hoodie too, that baby driver had created.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I didn't get that about that.

Speaker 2:

I didn't get that and I was pissed off, like I really wanted that but he didn't have it. So I just, uh, I ended up getting, uh, just the yellow one, and I like I said last podcast, I can't wear that shirt no more. So that's how I got introduced, and then I just slowly started popping out to me, so I started taking little videos, taking little videos, and then he had reached out to me. He was like hey, and I was like what's up? He said you know 312, right, I was like yeah's up. He said you know 312, right. I was like yeah, yeah, yeah. And he was like I've been looking at your content lately, like I want to see if, like, I could work with you. And I was like okay, that's fine. So, like, oh God, like all like the videos that I used to have, like they're not on my page no more Because, like I don't personally think that they were of quality, of like what I should have, like the quality set at right now.

Speaker 1:

So, but I used to have make, like I used to make. Uh, man, unarchived that old footage let people see it. I don't have them no more I, I I cleared my archive.

Speaker 2:

What I cleared my archive? Because I just I don't like the videos, like it's like so like hell of media people could relate to me with this. If, like, if I see like one imperfection, or like like a certain like imperfection, or like timings off or something like that, it's either uh, I'll re-edit that video and I'll cut it to like the right, uh, write uh the right, uh, the right, beat right, and I'll repost it, or I'll just get rid of that bitch. But he was like, he was like your videos are raw, like I like, I see, like you're starting to grow a little bit, like I want you to be part of, like the media team. So I had, um, of course I say yes because I mean, they were the first crew that technically showed me love. There's a lot of things that correlate to that, but I had, just, I was able to get rides real easy Because obviously I'm fucking, I'm 16. You're 16,. Yeah, you was young as fuck.

Speaker 2:

So I'm 16, I don't really have a car. I mean, obviously I have a car now, but I didn really have a car. I mean, obviously I have a car now, but I didn't have a car at the time. So I always would try to just hop in the group, chat hey, who can scoot me? I'll give you all gas, whatever. And almost every time I got a ride, I mean like everybody was, everybody was loyal, everybody was, everybody was always chill. There was never really drama, there was never really drama. There was never really anything like that. It was great vibes, great vibes. And, uh, I forget when Rio, uh, when Rio left, but so I don't know if she, uh, she wants me to say her name, so I'm not gonna say it, but uh, when the next person took over, she, uh, I feel like, I feel like when it was when he had left, he had gotten unorganized and she brought that.

Speaker 2:

I guess you could say that peace back into like, into play of, like the holding. I guess you could say, like everybody was at peace, like everybody was set, everybody was able to like just do their own thing, create their own videos. Uh, it's just. There's so much like stuff that has happened over the years and like it's none of it's bad, all of it's good. But like, dude, I just I can't, like, I can't believe, like I kind of like I feel like I've seen 312 grow so much. You know what I mean. Yeah, because obviously I have been in the crew for four years. Yeah, you saw the elevation, you saw us grow.

Speaker 2:

That's crazy, I mean damn the craziest thing. When she had told us that we have people in uh 302 that are in italy, like we're like like damn near global, like we have people in different states, obviously, you know, you know, uh, new york, I mean like that's just, that's just just insane to me. Like I feel like after, after the seat had changed, I feel like we changed, traveled a lot more, which got our name bigger, which brought more exposure, like good exposure, like we were all over the place, legal pay stuff like that, like it didn't matter, as long as we got invited, we were there.

Speaker 1:

Like what's crazy. Like I be trying to get people to understand Like as much shit as I talk about I'm saying her name, but I don't give a fuck as much shit as I talk about Snow, as far as the way she grew, the motherfucking 312 name and all that shit. I got nothing but love and respect for her. My issue will and always will be the motherfucking. She gotta keep her emotions Out of this shit. Like this shit. A business, that's it. That's my biggest, that's my biggest plight with Snow.

Speaker 2:

I feel you gang, I feel you she. She's smart. Oh yeah, she's smart as fuck. She creative as shit too. The yeah, she's smart as fuck. She's creative as shit too.

Speaker 2:

The shit that she does, like we do, like homeless donations and stuff like that, like food drives, stuff like that, like that shit's you don't really see any other crew doing that. Like that's crazy. Like even outside of like 312, I feel like it's crazy to think about like that. We still also do that like on top of like everything we do. You know what I mean.

Speaker 1:

Now I'm going to say this In the past for sure, I seen her put motherfuckers together to do back-to-school drives, feeding the homeless and shit like that. But this last time she was no show. That don't count for nothing. We fed the homeless, me and my peoples, the peoples that was supposed to pull up for 312, they showed up. They had nothing. They wouldn't get shit because we had shit. That shit don't count for nothing. But prior to that, yes, I really feel like she gotta stand on her business Next time. Next time, you Cause we came to show support and motherfuckers followed us, people following us that came Because 312 said Be here at this time and was sitting in that parking lot for hours. That shit got to stop Like, like, like not to and I ain't trying to like throw shade or throw salt or none of that shit Like there's no way possible that shit would have went like that.

Speaker 2:

I feel like sometimes that's what people got to take accountability I feel like sometimes you just don't want to be seen, though sometimes I feel man which I mean like I understand that at the same time I understand both ways I'm gonna say this, bro, people came out to show support, whatever, whatever.

Speaker 1:

Whatever she got going on where she don't want to be seen, she can't do that, she can't hide. You are, you are the brand, you represent this brand. You are, you are the chair. People follow your rules. But if you're not outside, like that, they're going to do what the fuck they want to do.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

And that's why I say she got to take her emotions out of it, because the reality, like. I don't know nothing about her personal life. You know what I'm saying and I'm not trying to dig into it, I don't care to know. I love, I've always loved, her as a host. Because she's thrown some bomb ass events. Can't, can't take the credit from her. She worked her ass off to get the credit. She deserved it. But as the brand got bigger, she became more Hollywood, and that ain't cool neither, cause at one point in time you was among the people with no problem.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I see you on that. I mean, I really don't know Like it doesn't Personally like.

Speaker 1:

And I hate that we even got on this topic because I was just telling motherfuckers I don't want to talk about Snow, no more Like. But I'm not going to let certain shit go unchecked, neither. Yeah, but, like I said, shorty definitely grew the name in a way Like she always doing shit to put them on the map. Even when I went to Thop, benny was like, yeah, big 3-1-2 vibes. And I'm like 3-1-2K. Nigga, I ain't 3-1-2. I'm sliding, but I ain't 3-1-2. They got the name dropping people. I'm like, oh, ain't 312. They got the name dropping people. I'm like, oh, yeah, they 312. But nigga, I'm me, I'm the rollback show, I'm the hood floor, that's that nigga.

Speaker 2:

I feel like I kind of got to go to Thop because Texas House of Power keeps on texting me. Nigga go, they keep on texting me. Hey, you coming.

Speaker 1:

Hey you coming, hey you coming, gee, go. I know I need to like stop bullshitting and go like gee. It's a great experience I'm not even gonna lie to you and I and, and in february, snow. If you hear this, if you're still listening to the podcast, nigga, I want to see you there so I could give your ass a-ass hug and throw rose petals at your ass too. Like I've been saying, I have no real issue with Snow, none Zero.

Speaker 1:

My biggest thing is, I wish she'd leave her emotions out of it, because when she let her emotions get involved, she starts to become manipulative and trying to dictate who can do what and you can't. Yes, y'all the biggest crew, but that don't mean that you call all the shots. Everybody's influenced by this shit in some way. You can't shit on these smaller crews because you the big name. You either help them or you just shut the fuck up. You either help them or you just shut the fuck up. But we on Something else, I'm sorry, certain shit, I can't let slide and we didn't Ran down this rabbit hole and I hate we even got here. But, yeah, she is a good organizer, but, like I remember when her and Papa Poseidon did the back-to-school shit in 2022.

Speaker 1:

When he was in the Santa costume. No, that was 21. I missed that one. My fault, my fault. That was the toy drive in 2021. I saw footage but I missed that one. But they did a back-to-school event in 2022. Motherfucking, they got hella, motherfucking book bags and all, and pens and papers and all type of shit. Papa, poseidon and some people spent some real money to motherfucking give back. I remember that. You know what I'm saying. And like I remember Snow found the school to donate to the whole nine, I remember it Like I will never take credit away from her, ever, ever, because at the end of the day, she good at what she do.

Speaker 1:

Oh yeah, she know how to work that social media to her advantage, to create a network 100%, and that is a gift in itself Absolutely.

Speaker 2:

I mean that shit's hard to have, that I feel like to have that power to just use your words as an influence towards certain things.

Speaker 1:

You know what I mean? Yeah, no, that's a skill.

Speaker 2:

For sure.

Speaker 1:

It's a hard skill to learn yeah, and most times you can't learn it is either on you or it ain't. Oh yeah, that's true, like, like, like there's some people who pick up on it from being around it and innately it might have been like locked away in them already. But even if it it wasn't, you can grow and adapt to that if that's what you want to do 100%, 100% so you've been here since 2019.

Speaker 2:

Mm-hmm.

Speaker 1:

What was the meets like in 2019?

Speaker 2:

shit, dude. There's so many things, so many fucking things that are different. There's no more music. I miss the music, bro. I miss being able to fucking just sit at spots and nobody's swinging. But we're all talking. You could hear the chit chatter all over like dude, I miss that shit and all like like I can't it was camaraderie.

Speaker 2:

Oh yeah, yeah, that shit. I miss the old vibes man. I miss like we already had talked about it, but like I miss, like when people wouldn't call chase. I miss when people wouldn't be pissed off at like certain things like, say, like uh, someone, someone gets smacked, or like someone smacks whoever. You know what I mean. Yeah, like I miss when people would understand you know the fact that let's get back and get smacked now it's get back or pay for my ride.

Speaker 2:

Like you know what I mean and I understand the pay for my ride part, like that. There is some people I most definitely believe that should give at least some part and I know I'm gonna have so many people disagree with me. But like y'all, sometimes no offense be a little too tipsy to be too close to the pit and like y'all don't. I feel like some people just don't like have like that control. Like I feel like messages, alcohol, messages with your senses. So I mean like For shit's sake.

Speaker 1:

Wally escorted me out of the pit on 1125 when the V-Boys came because I was stumbling. He was like yeah, uh, no, you're too drunk for this. Take the flower cone back to the car.

Speaker 2:

Watch from the sidelines not exactly, and like shout out wally I feel like like the only like times, like some people shouldn't like fucking pay for like anything. I feel like it's like when, like people fucking just whip their cars into the crowd, like I feel like that's a different thing if you get hit, if you hit someone. I feel like it's like when, like people fucking just whip their cars into the crowd, like I feel like that's a different thing if you get hit, if you hit someone, I feel like that's kind of like not intentional, but like you're trying to get close. So if that happens, that happened.

Speaker 1:

You know what I mean yeah, what I do believe is that like, say, for instance, a swinger is swinging and they hit somebody else's car, right.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, that's different.

Speaker 1:

I almost definitely feel like y'all should settle that Like at minimum, you should meet the person whose car is sitting halfway. Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, but on the other end of that, you parked next to the pit, you shouldn't have been that close to the pit. That's a risk you're taking.

Speaker 2:

Exactly.

Speaker 1:

But like Duke, all right. So you remember that black Camaro that Hit the BMW? No damn, he hit a BMW too.

Speaker 2:

No, are you talking?

Speaker 1:

about the new one or no? You talking about that girl?

Speaker 2:

Uh-uh, no, no, no, not Gabby, You're talking about the other SS, not the somebody.

Speaker 1:

I don't even think it was an SS, if I'm being honest. It was a black Camaro. It hit a black Camaro. It hit a Corvette and a person, all in the same night. I don't know if I saw that I'm being honest.

Speaker 1:

I forgot what meet it was, but it happened. Like dude, dude, ass shit, a motherfucking. He should have definitely coughed up some money for that corvette that he smacked. Damn near should I offer the person he smacked something too. You know what I'm saying? Like, like, because dude was just too wild. Like it's a difference.

Speaker 2:

Exactly that's what I'm saying. Some people be too crazy, yeah Well, like it's also you, I feel like you also got to know oh, this motherfucker goes crazy. You got to back the fuck up. Like you know what I mean. That too I be telling people too. They don't listen. I'm like y'all are going to want to back up and then they're like damn, they're close, he was close, whatever. Blah, blah, blah like.

Speaker 2:

And then next thing you know, smack motherfuckers end up on smack dvd people haven't been getting smacked lately, though, so I mean people kind of people, kind of learning the rule a little bit more.

Speaker 1:

The specs are kind of listening that's good, though, like, um, I kind of want to, I kind of want to, I kind of want to, like I ain't going to lie to you Like I plan on traveling the rest of the year. Like I'm actually like tired of the streets, almost Like I love it, but it's not the same for me.

Speaker 2:

I miss like Like legal pits, like, uh, fuck, what was that event it was? It was in the summer. It was where 312 and Get Back Boys All went to the fucking. I don't even know where it was. It was up in Hell. I don't even know Wisconsin or some shit. That one was decent too, but the other one, fuck. I can't even think of the name, but most of y'all might know what I'm talking about, dude. That there's. It was down south, that's all I can remember. It used to be a racetrack, a NASCAR racetrack Okay, I can't think of the name, but they had like a legal pit right and we rode a drift and like that shit was so cool to see, like what people could do on the actual track, like see who's actually valid, like see who's able to put the car closest to the wall. You know what I mean. Like that shit's cool and if you smack, you smack Like if you tap the wall, that shit's just bound to happen. You know what?

Speaker 2:

I mean yeah, nah, no, for sure you know what you're signing up for oh, yeah, I can't dude I cannot wait for for next summer because, dude, all the legal pits, that shit's gonna be insane. I feel like I feel like all like the events too. Like that shit's just there's so many people that want to go to those drift events, I mean it's just like. Another hard thing is like that shit's fucking far. That shit can be real far. And I feel like if we put like out like a flyer, like some people most of the time might not even come out because of how far it is.

Speaker 1:

Hey, but can I tell you something? I'm with that. You want to know why? Why I'm with that? You want to know why why? Because then that weeds out the people who aren't really car enthusiasts. True, that that weeds out the adrenaline junkies, the motherfuckers that's chasing cloud, because they're not coming like gee, everybody I didn't talk to that's from like another state, traveling to these legal pits, they driving their cars or they, or they hitching them on the trailer and driving them morass. You know, motherfucking. Like the first time, uh, I think when feast came up here from Philly, like they trail it, they shit, they drove they own shit here with a bed full of tires and cars.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, nah, that shit's crazy. You know what I'm saying. Like real car enthusiasts, and that's what the community is missing. Like a lot of motherfuckers just out to get drunk and fucking watch the action and then have the adrenaline high of running from the next, running from the cops to the next spot. That ain't what this shit about. This shit is about the cars, I feel like. Like the thing is the cars in the community.

Speaker 2:

I feel like I don't, like I like there's so many like new people and like I feel like there's just like no time to like meet those people. And I want to meet those people but like like I was talking about like the old vibes, like we're just be music, we'd be sitting, like I miss that because, like I used to be able to get to know people, that's how I would get be uh, get people to, to get to know me better, like see, like I'm not fucking Hollywood or like whatever people want to say Like you know what I mean.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, that like. I'm not like, I'm not just explicit.

Speaker 1:

I'm a person Like you know what I mean you a real person.

Speaker 2:

That's the shit that I miss.

Speaker 1:

But it's going to. Eventually it'll get to that. You think so I do, because it's plenty of nights where I remember in 2022, I'm chasing the action, chasing the action, chasing the action. Oh, we got this spot, but the swingers ain't got here yet and niggas is just kicking it in the middle of the fucking pit where the pit should be.

Speaker 2:

I'll admit that that's true. I have been seeing that.

Speaker 1:

That's true.

Speaker 2:

Like.

Speaker 1:

I should have vibed.

Speaker 2:

And if you get a good and and also it's fucking cold as shit right now. Oh yeah, yeah, it's real cold. We was, we was real hype, hype about the warm weather, yeah, that shit kind of yeah the weather, the warm weather, make a difference too during the winter.

Speaker 1:

Niggas sitting in their cars, they might pop out for a few talk, some shit. All right, I'm back in my whip, I'll add you.

Speaker 2:

It's either that or the motherfuckers that run around the pit taking videos.

Speaker 1:

Facts.

Speaker 2:

I don't know how I'd be saying one.

Speaker 1:

I honestly don't know Cause you in motion.

Speaker 2:

You know the duck walk. Yeah, the famous duck walk I be squatting down.

Speaker 1:

You are in motion. My boy Like it's nights? I don't it's nights. It's been cold as fuck outside and I did not feel cold Because I was, oh yeah.

Speaker 2:

Oh yeah, for sure.

Speaker 1:

For sure. One I was lit. Two I was fucking jumping dodging cars. That Hennessy Playing duck duck goose with the cars. No, usually when I'm playing duck duck goose with the cars, I'm off. John Basil tequila.

Speaker 2:

I hate tequila, bro, I hate tequila Johnny.

Speaker 1:

Bad Decisions be prevalent.

Speaker 2:

Johnny Bad Decisions is crazy.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, that's what Leon and them call me when I drink John Basil tequila Johnny Bad Decisions is crazy. That's what Leon and them call me when I drink John Basil tequila Johnny Bad Decisions. And I definitely be out here making bad decisions from fucking deciding to fucking play chicken with cars to fucking the bitch. I call at 3 in the morning when I'm leaving the shit not supposed to be at this bitch house and I know it. I said I was leaving this bitch and I ain't yeah.

Speaker 2:

I don't know, man, I uh.

Speaker 1:

What do you think will bring the camaraderie back to the meets?

Speaker 2:

I'll be so straight with you I, I really that's. That's a hard one because, like so many people are caught chasing. So fucking hard, bro it's. It's sad, but, dude, so many people, yeah, the cloud chasing be real bro, I feel like that's what affects the community the most.

Speaker 1:

I ain't going to hold you. I be tired of the cloud chasers.

Speaker 2:

Me too. My note right now says stop dick riding me. People know the reason, but I really don't want to bring that drama on here. So, but it's just like I just wish people what you got going on explicit. Oh, come on, bro, put me on the spot. It's crazy.

Speaker 1:

No, cause you. You put yourself on the spot. I knew nothing about it Until you said it.

Speaker 2:

So it's basically like there was this one video that I had posted, that after I posted it and it started to blow up, people tried to copy my idea and like I hate that people can't be original and do their own thing and like I would get it if it was just like part of the clip.

Speaker 2:

But it was it was. It wasn't my clip, but it was just part of the clip. But it wasn't my clip, but it was technically still the same person that was swinging and it was only that clip. Now, if it was different clips, cool, but I feel like y'all are making it a little too obvious.

Speaker 1:

Hey G, sometimes I be stealing niggas' clips. I definitely stole one of your clips and added it with the other view that I had.

Speaker 2:

But like that's—I don't give a shit about that. Like I'm not saying like stealing my clips, like I have so many fucking car pages that take my shit and like that shit pissed me off at first but I like I literally DM'd them. I'll be like I really don't give a shit if you take my clips, Like obviously, like it irritated me still Because like they might be making more views than me. But whatever, it's whatever. But I know that's all I said. As long as y'all tag me, I don't give a shit. Y'all can use my clips as much as you want, hell, even collab with me, like I don't give a fuck. You see good videos that you want to use towards your page, go for it, just collab with me hey, you want to know something funny, you want to know something fucking funny.

Speaker 1:

So when you first collabed with me and fucking and Fear the Coyote, I was looking at the shit like gee, I'm not in this, but it's all the fucking smoke. And then, out of nowhere, I just see rose petals in my hand. I'm like oh, my God, this shit lit bro. I'm like yeah, yeah, nah, and it's crazy. It took me a couple watches to eat.

Speaker 2:

You were like wait a damn minute, Did he? Did he mean to do this?

Speaker 1:

Yeah, like gee, I swear to god, I thought it was a mistake.

Speaker 2:

Nah, Like that even just shows. Like I don't really care If I'm gonna collab With whoever. That's another thing. Too People I've been collabing With way too many people lately. Way too many people lately, Way too many people. I haven't been doing solo videos, I've just been collab, collab, collab, collab, collab, collab, collab, collab, collab, collab, collab. But I also think about it this way the more people that I collab with and I might just be over-exaggerating on this, but the more people that I collab with right the less money I'm going to make off Instagram.

Speaker 1:

So it really shows how much I really care about the money that I make from Instagram. I didn't even know you made money off the gram.

Speaker 2:

Well, I mean it's just like it doesn't really matter. I mean it's just money.

Speaker 1:

No, that's good shit, bro. Keep doing what you're doing.

Speaker 2:

But it's just, I have people in my DMms spamming me to ask for collab and yeah, I just, I, I just I just wish people would stop riding other people's waves is what I could say, you know got you no, but I'm. I'm not talking shit like I like everybody.

Speaker 1:

Fine, I'm not saying you talking shit, I'm just saying like so I'm not saying you talking shit, I'm just saying like so look, I'm going to tell you the same thing I told Leon, right?

Speaker 2:

Mm-hmm.

Speaker 1:

Because this was like last year and our homie that was in the clip talking about hit me, hit me. Did you see that clip? Yeah, so bro popped up out of nowhere last year with a drone and was copying Leon's style with the shit. But him and Leon end up meeting and dude was telling him like gee, I just bought the drone and did no shit. So I copied the coldest nigga I could see on a regular basis till I figured it out for myself. And now he do his own styles and shit. So it worked out.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I feel that it's like it's the same thing about, like giving advice. Like I always try to tell people, do your own spin, mess with your own fucking Color grading, like mess with it, mess with the textures, mess with, like, all the transitions, mess with whatever you feel looks good to you. Like I always say, whatever looks good to you is what you will like. Don't make it about what other people will like. Make it what you would like and see what other people like that type of content. That's true. There's.

Speaker 1:

There's nothing else you could do besides that that is true, that is fucking true, like and it's crazy, bro, because like it's like I look at all of y'all right, all media personnel and shit.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

And I'm like the who's, who's. Y'all all got different styles.

Speaker 2:

Oh yeah, for sure.

Speaker 1:

You know what I'm saying, and it be people that's coming up underneath y'all that fall in them same categories, like them, shorties going to be the next, whoever whoever the next generation, yeah, and I look at myself and I'm like gee, nobody could beat me.

Speaker 2:

Don't say that because now someone's going to try.

Speaker 1:

As much as they can try. This is gonna be hard. Like, yeah, I know you put a lot of work Into your shit, though, like G, like I designed, like the flower comb Was designed Specifically For fucking the pit Right and then I end up Selling it as one of my brands you know what I'm saying. And like, even if a motherfucker go get the rose petals and shit, like you could go buy roses, bust the hairs off, whatever, like you ain't got this, you ain't got my swagger, like it's not gonna be the same. There's one thing because I was watching, I was watching like I was giving people rose petals to throw at thought and I'm watching them do it and I'm like, gee, that's funny as hell. But everybody acts and the people that's doing you the hood floors, you the hood floors and motherfuckers like no, gee, I'm not the hood floor and the thing is is I'm not listening.

Speaker 2:

The thing is you don't even have a big like like that, as as big of a following as you should, and you still are getting recognized like, think about that, like that.

Speaker 1:

Shit's crazy gee but that's the thing. I'm not even doing this shit for the following.

Speaker 2:

Exactly that's what I'm saying. Like you, you, you, uh, you just make your presence known. You don't make your following known. You feel me? Yeah, you make your own shit, you don't even. Yeah, you post videos, but you don't really promote your page like that. You know what I mean. You don't go up to people oh yeah, I'm the hood florist People just know.

Speaker 1:

I mean, who is this black guy with a feisty on and flowers? Get the fuck out, like literally. Who is that guy? I used to get videos when I first was coming here on the regular last year. Like random people would be sending me videos of them spotting me walking from the spot back to the car, like that shit used to weird me out Like bro, I didn't see you, I've eaten some of your videos too.

Speaker 1:

I'm like I never saw them how they see me. But then I have to think to myself gee you the only nigga out here with this big ass bouquet. I really feel like nobody could be Wally, I don't care.

Speaker 2:

Wally's one of the only people bro. I don't give a fuck if a hundred motherfuckers put on Walmart vests today.

Speaker 1:

They not going to be like Wally he? Funny as fuck. I love that man. Gee, no bullshit, even the Jigsaw of Chicago.

Speaker 2:

Oh yeah, that's original as fuck for Chicago.

Speaker 1:

Gee, Michael Myers. Like, did you see the video last year when somebody tried to be Michael Myers and they walked up to him? And his mask was all shitty yeah, and dude was short as hell and Mike did one of those like height checks.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, that was at Ford, right, I swear that was at Ford.

Speaker 1:

I think so, I really think so. Shit was fucking hilarious though, bro, all that shit really like make me appreciate our scene, because when you look at other states, they don't have the same energy we have.

Speaker 2:

There's that one guy with the panda head. That shit's cool. Where In Florida? Well, it was at the Florida Legal Pit, at least that's where I saw it.

Speaker 1:

Okay, well, I got to go check that out. I don't know his name. I'm going to just Google panda head. Fuck it, panda. You got a mascot out here and he ain't giving you your residuals.

Speaker 2:

He missing the jewelry, though not going to lie, he missing the jewelry.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, got to do something crazy. And that's the thing. That's what I love about Chicago. Like motherfuckers are saying we really have like public figures and shit.

Speaker 2:

Right, Nah yeah.

Speaker 1:

Like G, the funniest shit at Top was Santa and the Grinch, but like they, not Santa and the Grinch every meet, they was only Santa and the Grinch because Christmas was coming up. You know what I'm saying like like I would love to see, like other places take on the. I don't know who this bitch is, but she fine and I can't leave off her page till I DM her. My bad, I wanna know, I wanna know. I wanna know her name, but yeah.

Speaker 2:

So what I'm hearing is that you are. So what I'm hearing, what I'm hearing Unc, is that you are, that you are a player.

Speaker 1:

I'm not a player, I just crush a lot. I'm not a player, I just crush a lot.

Speaker 2:

I mean that's, that's fair.

Speaker 1:

Like I'm a real chill dude, like if you pretty, you pretty. My daddy told me nothing beats a failure but a try.

Speaker 2:

So I shoot my shot. Every shot you don't take, you miss, thank God, every shot, no matter what type of shot it is.

Speaker 1:

So I shoot them all. And if it brick, if it motherfucking air ball, whatever, I'm cool with it. I know I tried.

Speaker 2:

You never know. You never know unless you try.

Speaker 1:

Exactly Dust yourself off and try again. Gucci said it to me best Miss one next 15, one coming, limon. Gucci said it to me best Miss one next 15, one coming Lay them on you mind to get a home run. You might get a foul, but you got to try, got to try 100%. There's always a possibility possibility if, if you were to go, no fuck that.

Speaker 2:

If there was any media personnel you'd want to collab with and do like some work with, who would, it be somebody that I already had done a collab with sure, sure, underground, okay, his, uh, I like the way that like he edits certain things. I like the way he like does his transitions. I like the way that he edits certain things. I like the way he does his transitions. Yeah, he definitely got some slick transitions. That's probably my favorite part is his transitions. His transitions are creative as fuck.

Speaker 2:

I don't know if he makes them bitches, but either way he puts them bitches in the right spot.

Speaker 1:

I ain't going to lie to you. I be stealing his videos, nick videos, all type of shit. I steal all the guys' videos and use them later after they got all the motherfucking juice off them, bitches.

Speaker 2:

And that's the thing. Like, if I'm going to send you a video, please, please, please, I literally beg you, please wait until I use it, please, Just so, like I can have that originality like from that video. You could post it all you want. I don't give a fuck after that, but just let me say, use that in a video, hell, even make a video where I'm colliding with you, like anything like that, like you know what I mean.

Speaker 1:

Like just let me be able to do your thug first, yeah, but as the creator, as the videographer, you should have that luxury Hell. Yeah, like, gee, most of the time I literally like motherfuckers be sending videos like what y'all think of this? I be stealing they shit. I be stealing they shit, but I'ma wait, i'ma let them drop. I might not drop they shit much later, right, but that's still relevant to you. Yeah, like, and it's gonna be mixed in with some of my own shit too, exactly now, I wanna point out I suck at transitions and shit like, if you look at my shit, that's why my reels don't do numbers, I suck.

Speaker 1:

What about the one?

Speaker 2:

that you made for the rollback show, where, uh, where, boxes rolls back on you, that one's clean that was.

Speaker 1:

I want to say that was Nick's video, shit. Well, yeah, that was Nick's video and I think that was Joe rolling back.

Speaker 2:

Definitely, I don't know. It could have been Joe or Boxes who fucking know this?

Speaker 1:

I definitely think that was Joe rolling back.

Speaker 2:

I want to point out one thing Last time I came here, there was not about probably like 50, 60 fucking names on this table. Yeah, that's crazy. You've been working, sir.

Speaker 1:

Man bro got to, Got to. This is crazy.

Speaker 2:

Bro got to.

Speaker 1:

Got to. This is crazy, like it's a lot of podcasts that we have not released and like, gee, people are hearing shit that we recorded two, three months ago.

Speaker 2:

Oh, yeah, ours. Ours was old as fuck. Well, not old as fuck, but it was like it was a while ago. Yeah, yeah, that old as fuck, but it was a while ago. Yeah, yeah, that's just crazy, bro.

Speaker 1:

Like G, I have not got into the thick of this shit.

Speaker 2:

It's cold-ass shit coming stories, all type of shit. They're on their edge of the seat right now.

Speaker 1:

They're like damn who the fuck's on the was on the podcast ig. I I shit you not, bro. Like um and it's all. Everybody signs that side of the table. Nobody signs the sign. Oh, I'm gonna sign on that table, I'm gonna sign over there cool, cool. I want everybody to sign this bitch like motherfuckers. I'd be having to take markers from niggas because niggas be like going color crazy, Not for real.

Speaker 2:

Like this is not a coloring book. Yeah. Some of y'all over here are creatives fuck.

Speaker 1:

Nah, they are.

Speaker 2:

Some of y'all got some decent-ass handwriting too. Yeah, my shit sucks. Me too, it's okay though I don't know, though, like I don't think I you might have told me, but I forgot.

Speaker 1:

What made?

Speaker 2:

you like Jump in the pit to throw. It wasn't you were just trying to like, trying to promote, like your, your flower stuff? Like when you started Throwing shit.

Speaker 1:

Uh, so initially it was the flower cone, right, right, and then Me, eli and who? At Ratlands, we did a, we did a photo shoot. We did a photo shoot. That's where that video came of me talking about the flower shit, and they had the ladies like posing and shit. It was like a commercial that Hood at Radley has put together, right, and Eli took all the photos, which is crazy because I ain't even released those photos yet. Well, it's definitely shit. I'm sitting on shit. I just haven't.

Speaker 2:

Because that shit pisses me off Whenever I find the old videos that I never posted, but they're actually decent, and I just completely forget about them. That shit pisses me off Whenever I find the old videos that I never posted, but they're actually decent, and I just completely forget about them.

Speaker 1:

That shit pisses me off, yeah, and then I post them on my Instagram story saying unvaulted oh God, so we was using the rose petals at the photo shoot, right, and damn, didn't want to say who, at Radley, shot that footage too. And it's fucking. It's me, wally, red Key, montana, eli, and like I'm just like Wally got the speaker, he out there, got the speaker and they had a vibe going.

Speaker 1:

Oh yeah, I remember that there's literally nobody in the pit swinging or nothing. And I walk up and I see females and I just start throwing the whole roses. Like they whole roses. I'm just throwing them bitches in the air, like fuck it. If they want them, they can have them. And then it translated to me throwing the rose petals that shit's crazy.

Speaker 2:

So it was just like. It was just like damn, you started to and you start you started just fucking. This is some shit that like I look raw yeah.

Speaker 1:

And then I think the first person I ever threw rose petals at was Fear the Coyote. He pulled up and fucking just started going crazy and I just started throwing them bitches. Just started going crazy and I just started throwing them bitches and Nick caught the shot of the rose petals falling, but they hadn't hit the ground yet, they falling and Coyote plates Well, he ain't had no plates on him, but Coyote ass in and they falling like just right next to him.

Speaker 1:

So perfectly Don't know, how nick caught that photo. I missed the old color rip man. That motherfucker was pretty. I like the new one though too.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, with a little hearts on the side. Yeah, I like that little slick design, dope as fuck. Y'all did that shit himself too. That, that shit's crazy. I give him gratitude to that.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, bro, get busy. Paint shop does it all Real painter, though Getting active. I love it Trying to repaint my car because I got some scratches on my car and I'm going to lie. That's crazy, that's funny Reliving that moment, actually pulling that moment out of my have you ever told me?

Speaker 2:

I swear I think you might have, but you didn't give me the full gist of it.

Speaker 1:

You only gave me a little snip. Um, really just an honor, bro. Like I loved what the community was doing and I wanted to fucking like, really like, pay homage to the drivers, pay homage to to the the scene, like right, and it just looks beautiful as fuck. The fucking tire marks and the fucking rose petals, like what the fuck is going on? Why is there rose petals here?

Speaker 2:

My CPD pulls up. Damn, who was getting a shower in roses.

Speaker 1:

It's facts.

Speaker 2:

I don't know, man, that shit's just crazy to me.

Speaker 2:

I miss, I miss that vibe I miss when everybody like though there's still certain people but like I miss the fact that, like when people would be like like jumping up and down for like people swinging, now it's just they're just standing there, they're not really like let's go. I miss when people would like fucking hype up people. Did you ever see Poseidon do that fat ass burnout on Lumber, right On Lumber, when he had the Halloween rap? Right and Lumber was filled, filled and everybody at the end, when he stopped spinning, everybody just yelled Like out of nowhere. Mind you, he was going for a while, but like that shit, just that's crazy to me. I miss that vibe, like I miss like how excited people would get.

Speaker 1:

But that goes back to it no longer being about the cars and it being about clout and I honestly believe that as we transition, as people start to transition from the streets to the legal scene, it'll start showing who's serious about this shit and who's not.

Speaker 2:

Who's for the clout? Who's just for, If you?

Speaker 1:

gotta travel to do this shit. You gotta travel.

Speaker 2:

It's just because of my fucking work schedule. My work schedule has not been too friendly with that. I call out to you.

Speaker 1:

But you're working on your future. You get a pass. When you get the free time, you're going to go. Oh yeah, You're going to do shit Absolutely Like you're building your life right now. The takeover is not your life, Yep. For some of these people that's chasing clout, the takeover is their life, bro.

Speaker 2:

It's like I might have whatever amount of followers, right? Yeah, I got 57 000 yeah I try to answer everyone's dms. But it's like there, I know like, even if, like, I'm not like posting, like I don't post for fucking weeks at a time, sometimes even.

Speaker 2:

Because I just lose that motivation. But I know when I come back I'll have that support, because that's technically not to me, that's not my followers. Those are my supporters my family, my community, that I built, everything like that. It's not even like I was talking about. It's not like it's not anything bigger than me being a person and them being a person. Yeah, I just I don't get how people like, how people are so stunned when, like I said, someone bigger like responds to them on Instagram.

Speaker 2:

You know what I mean? Yeah, we're just normal people Like people with bigger followers. We're just normal people and that's the Hollywood, but I try my best not to be Hollywood.

Speaker 1:

And you're doing a great job at it. You're a real cool individual and I'll fuck with you.

Speaker 2:

I don't be in the fucking group chats, though. I'll be in there at night, though you would definitely see me At like 11 Cause that's when I get off work Most times.

Speaker 1:

But you wanna know something.

Speaker 2:

Hmm.

Speaker 1:

I'm not really In no group chats and guess what?

Speaker 2:

No one, no one fucking bothers us, cause they know Like we have. That's the thing. Like some people don't understand that, like people have lives on outside of, like the meat. Yeah, mind you, I might be saving lives during the day and then being uh, gotham city's big one of gotham city's villains, uh, at night, but like, but, uh, shit, people got uh people got shit to do Real live.

Speaker 1:

We got shit going on dog Behind the scenes for real. G. I run a business Like G. I used to be in a lot of different chats G. I just removed myself Because I can't deal with my phone blowing up and even if you put it on, do not disturb. They call that bitch.

Speaker 1:

It's coming through or if they fucking, even if they ain't calling, like every time I go on social media. I don't want to have 50 messages. Fuck, no, I got notification. Ocd, I don't wanna have one. That seeing red Pisses me off. Keep on clearing my phone. Man.

Speaker 2:

Drives me nuts bro.

Speaker 1:

So I Like I just tell people like man, just hit me direct, I'm, I don't, I'm not in the group.

Speaker 2:

That's the fastest way to get to me. Snapchat my number, if you have it.

Speaker 1:

Or.

Speaker 2:

Straight to my DMs Cause I Like I look at my requests, like, if you look, right now I have zero requests that are that are not open. I read all of my requests Me too. Cause I mean like shit, if I think about it this way, if I was that person and say, like someone is asking advice or like I was asking advice to like, say like Nick or Ghost Visuals or like someone along those lines.

Speaker 2:

right yeah, I would want to get that help from that person. So why would I not answer? Why would I not give the same as you say, the same energy to them as I would want to receive back you?

Speaker 1:

feel me. No, that's facts gee, I'd be having people in my request action, stupid shit. So I'll just read them and keep going. Really stupid, bro. Be like what the fuck is. Is bro like I am excited about what 2024 has to offer?

Speaker 2:

they're not ready bro.

Speaker 1:

No one's ready no, not for the shit that everybody got playing, myself included Shit. The people around me, the people I associate with on a day-to-day basis outside of takeover scene. This shit going to be spicy. It's going to be a great fucking year.

Speaker 2:

Last year I feel like was missing the sizzle. The sizzle's about to come out.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, the sizzle coming, the sizzle is coming. Shit finna get to popping off again and I just can't wait to see it. And to any crew out there, I interview anybody I done had fucking spectators on this bitch, I don't care. If you have a story and you would like to tell it, dm us at the rollback show or at the hood floor at 7-9 and take your chance. And nine and take your chance, because while after february I'm only gonna be focusing on going out of town and getting out of town content and shit. So I got enough content for me to hold off a year of chicago work to go chase other shit you feel me this shit's not going to get posted until next year.

Speaker 2:

Imagine G.

Speaker 1:

no, this will get posted way before next year. I'll be picking and choosing who I'm posting and what I feel like it's interesting stories.

Speaker 2:

I feel like it's like interesting stories you know, If it's like, maybe like a topic that's going on in like the city at the moment, or like something like that, or in the car scene in general. You know what I mean. You want to know something crazy.

Speaker 1:

I don't go back and listen to the podcast till right before we finna drop them and six out of the 11 or whatever that's up there. I never listened to them again. I didn't even listen to them before they dropped. I listened to them after they dropped Like, oh damn, that was a good episode. Forgot about that, I'm not going to lie.

Speaker 2:

I forgot what me and Macashada said Dude, that was cool Because I kind of honestly, I kind of liked that, like I was able to forget what I said, because I wasn't expecting what I said. I was like, damn, what the fuck did? I say yeah, because I remember you DMing me. You were like oh yeah, y'all shit's dropping tomorrow and I said wait what? And I called him and I was like dude, what did we say? Because I and like that shit was so awesome to me, because it sounded like I was listening to, like another, like another person.

Speaker 2:

It sounded like, well, obviously it was me, but like it sounded like it wasn't like yeah, I don't know how to explain it, but like it just sounded like new to me in a way and you lived it. Uh-huh, that's what I'm saying. Yeah, it's weird.

Speaker 1:

It was like a ugh. I told you like sometimes I be having to go back. If it's an interview that I know had controversy, I put an asterisk by it so I could make sure I go back and listen to it, because if I want to clean some shit up, I'm going to clean it up Because I don't want to like, I don't want the bullshit, you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 1:

There's no need for that. I don't want the drama Like and as much shit Like. I keep saying as much shit as I talk About Snow. I have no hard feelings Towards Snow.

Speaker 2:

I always try to say this to anybody I don't know what your situation is right now. I don't know what your mental state is. I don't know anything like that. I'm just a person that's trying to share my message that I always try to share to everybody. That motivates me personally Trust the process, man. For every bad there is in your life, there is always a good to come out of it. You should trust the process and wait for that door to open and that opportunity to come to you set On the set.

Speaker 2:

Yup, nah, that's real, though that's one thing that I always use. I mean like there's there's a lot of things I used to say going on or that have gone on in my life, and I feel like that's one thing that I've always tried to stand Next to. I mean, it was last year that I started it, but there was just so much shit going on that I just I needed something to motivate myself, and I always tried to. I was trying to come up with something that I could stand by and preach, and that was just my thing that I chose, that I thought would be a good idea to hold with me, you know.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, Like G, nobody would know. You almost dropped your phone. Yep, you dropped your phone.

Speaker 2:

There you go.

Speaker 1:

Like G, nobody knows the shit I went through in 2022, while still fighting and popping outside.

Speaker 2:

Like G, I had real-life life, personal shit going on and the meats was my real life escape, but I came bearing gifts yeah, the meats have always been an escape for me, no matter, no matter what meat it was, no matter what the outcome was. Obviously there's some bad shit that happened, but you can't really control that technically. I always try to surround myself with a certain group of people at the meets to keep me cheerful, to keep me at ease. Just chill, keep you vibing. It's always one thing I've always tried to do. Another thing, too, is always try to stay true to yourself.

Speaker 1:

Don't Don't let this shit change you.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, don't give a fuck about anything that happens at the meets. Don't let the For one, don't let the meets change you. Don't let the clout change you. Don't let people change you. Don't change for other people. You are your own person.

Speaker 1:

Change for you. If you want to change something, let't change for other people. You are your own person. Change for you. If you want to change something, let it be for you, literally, like nobody else.

Speaker 2:

Because, yeah man, shit different you only can make yourself well, not, you only can make yourself proud, but you want to make yourself proud first, before anybody else factuals, factuals.
