Send us a text

Hey thrill-seekers and gearheads, it's your main man The Hooded Florist bringing you a Rollback Show episode that revs up nostalgia while shifting gears toward a brighter future for our car culture. Joined by longtime scene staple Zak and fresh face Bill, we reminisce about the golden days—those wild times where not even a car crash could halt our recording session—and discuss the need for a familial vibe that's been reigniting across our events. With open hearts and full throttles, we chat about how respect and unity drive the essence of our gatherings, where every 'swinger' and spectator fuels the community engine.

Strap in as we cruise through conversations about the unsung heroes—our spectators—and the vital role they play at every meetup, proving that the value of our community isn't just under the hood, but in the hearts of those who stand beside it. From spinning tales of precision drivers to emphasizing the importance of sportsmanship, we deliver a turbocharged talk that's all about the bonds formed both on and off the asphalt. Whether you're a veteran racer or a newbie to the neon lights of our night-time haunts, you'll discover there's more to these streets than just the horsepower showdowns.

We close out this episode with a serious note on safety, steering into the responsibilities each of us holds when we hit the streets, from swinging with caution to protecting our fellow compatriots in the heat of a chase. And as a final message: remember, it's the camaraderie we build, not just the tires we burn, that makes our culture one of a kind. So join us, Zach, and Bill for a ride that's pumped with adrenaline yet anchored in the community, right here on the Rollback Show—where the stories are as gripping as our tires on the pavement.

Speaker 2:

Shit. We on the Rollback Show y'all.

Speaker 1:

Come on, Zach. What's the word?

Speaker 3:

What's the word? We on the Rollback show. Y'all, Come on, Zach. What's the word? What's the word? We on the?

Speaker 1:

rollback show. Let's get it, oh God. So, Zach, I'm going to start with you because I feel like I asked you the regular questions already how long you been on the scene.

Speaker 3:

For a couple years now.

Speaker 1:

Okay, do you remember when you started?

Speaker 3:

I want to say maybe 2017, 2018. It was like a couple summers ago, like I would say about like three, four years ago maybe so during a pandemic type shit, yeah, okay.

Speaker 1:

So, uh, you got to see a lot then.

Speaker 3:

Oh yeah, I seen the one spot, the one meet I went to. I seen Dude get hit by his homie and got right back up and start recording. I seen a lot, that's everyone. I seen a lot.

Speaker 1:

Man. We had a homie who His head was split open and he didn't want to go To the hospital. He wanted to fucking Continue recording. I said, bro, is that the motherfucker that got hit? That went right under the fucking car? We wasn't supposed to go into all that. See what I'm saying. You be police as hell. Police as hell. Questions and what you say out your mouth, we gonna cut that. We didn't have the whole questions. And what you say out your mouth, we're going to cut that. We're going to cut shit. We didn't have the whole conversation about it already, but still I wasn't there for that I was.

Speaker 2:

It was everywhere. Everyone was talking about it.

Speaker 1:

I definitely think I remember seeing your face.

Speaker 3:

I was definitely in there. I'm pretty sure I know who you're talking about.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, so with being on the scene this long, you've seen the scene change. It's went through different phases.

Speaker 3:

Oh yeah.

Speaker 1:

You was outside last night. It kind of felt like the love trying to make a comeback, don't it?

Speaker 3:

Hell yeah, with all them people, all the og singers that are coming back out and everything what the new swingers? Oh yeah, it's times changed since I've been out for sure.

Speaker 1:

So so tell me this give me your top three swingers the death be robe.

Speaker 3:

Uh, I've been Ivan Skapak, roadrunner, white Boy, box Dooski.

Speaker 1:

White.

Speaker 3:

Camaro. Those are one of my top three. They know how to swing for real.

Speaker 1:

Definitely fuck with Dooski. Hold on this. Auntie Dream's calling me. Y'all. Hold on Hold on. Auntie Dream's calling me. Y'all. Hold on hold on Auntie. Auntie, I'm on, I'm on, I'm on, I'm on On the pod. I'ma call you back in a minute, alright, but uh, yeah, man. So Y'all, y'all, y'all motherfuckers, been on the scene. Bill, how long you been on the scene? Shit, about a year and a half, damn near two years now. Okay, so you came in like towards the end of 2022.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, so when I started I was obviously a spectator and when I came in I was popping out. Maybe either I was going continuously every weekend and then I'll stop for a few months and then come back in every time. But I I kind of got hints of then and there of how the vibes were back in about 2022, 2021.

Speaker 2:

Those were the vibes for the meets, when it was all love it was all and it was a vibe, and everyone know what the drill was, and yesterday definitely was that vibe was slowly creeping back in. Everyone had a good time. Everyone was on the same page. That was, I hope that's how the summer going to be 2024.

Speaker 1:

Facts that's going to be lit Lit summer. Everybody was shocked to see Unc outside. That was the funny part.

Speaker 2:

Oh my God, I swear to God, the last time I saw you, when you came out, was right over here, yeah. And when you popped out, all I heard I heard Unc's voice. I started searching for your ass, I started hunting you down, I started running and I gave you a big old hug.

Speaker 3:

I think the last time I saw you possibly was that meet when dude got Okay. That was right here too, or no. I forgot what spot it was because one of the spots I went to we was on the median and my homie, the dude, went over the median. He hopped the median and almost hit my homie right there.

Speaker 1:

Damn. I remember that. I know what you're talking about.

Speaker 3:

That was the last time, I think I saw you was out there.

Speaker 1:

That's a minute ago.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, that's the meet that we was talking about. Yeah. Yeah that's the meat that we were talking about. Yeah, because my when, duke, you know my sisters and my brother's girlfriend and my two sisters it was me and my brother's friend we was all out, our sisters they went somewhere. We didn't know where they went.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 3:

They didn't tell us where the bathroom was, so we were searching for them and then when we heard that incident, we walking up to the front thing like let's not make sure that it's not them. And we found out who. When we looked over, I seen it. They started pushing everyone back and then they tried like I don't know I think the dude says one of my brother's homie and then it was like everyone started bulking up.

Speaker 3:

It was like trying to fight and I guess that night after it all happened, yeah apparently there was like a whole bunch of fights that night and because we had left after like the last scene I think it was like seconds, the last spot we had left because we was like we were done and everything and and I think that was the last meet we all were out that night. After that night, after that last meet they had, that was the last time I was out.

Speaker 1:

For sure. So my question for you now is as a spectator right, as a spectator right, you don't want to help when motherfuckers is constantly in the group chats talking shit about spectators. Am I correct?

Speaker 3:

Yeah, I just stay back because for me it's like I'm not a host yet, so it's like I have no room to be talking shit in the group chat for what? That's not me. Like y'all want to talk shit in the group chat, go ahead. But just y'all gotta understand like I'll be telling people that I'll be around like outside, but y'all gotta understand when they tell y'all get back, it's for the reason because some of these swingers are wild and crazy and they swing no for shit show.

Speaker 1:

But we're not talking about that. I want you to stick to my question because with you being a spectator and been here for as long as you've been here, you've watched and seen the generations of spectators change. Specs used to block off, specs used to help, without motherfuckers having to say something for real. You know what I'm saying. Like motherfuckers, like, say something for real. You know what I'm saying. Like motherfuckers. Like crowd control is coming back, shout out to Wally and them for putting the crowd control team back together. But as a spectator, when you got people like media, swingers, hosts, motherfuckers, in the hierarchy of this shit telling y'all, y'all don't add no value to the meets, it make you not want to help. You get what I'm saying. Yeah, like, like. I see what you're saying. Honey, you got a point. Yeah, like. So as a spectator, I want you to tell them in the hierarchy how that down talk can make you as a spectator feel.

Speaker 3:

Oh yeah, 100. Like me, I still, when it comes to like, when they're like you guys know, no value to me as a spectator. Actually, they're coming from a same time. I was like, I still help, like it don't bother me, to be honest.

Speaker 1:

But that's because you still helping, because you want to see this shit go further, but you also can see you also being a spectator, in a position to voice your opinion.

Speaker 1:

I don't want you to, motherfucking, tell these motherfuckers how that shit make y'all feel as spectators. Like, just be honest, because they need to hear this and understand this, and this is the only way that we'll get spectators back in cooperation. Now, even though you still help, because you don't give a fuck, I'm sure you can understand how other spectators may feel and, from a spectator's perspective, tell them how it is and what it look like to the rest of y'all. Like be a voice for them. Yeah, this is your opportunity to like give the spectators a voice, because, at the end of the day, everybody started off as a spectator and by you still being in a spectator position, this is your opportunity to give the spectators a voice, and I need I need somebody who, who is willing and want to, and that's that's because we have to be able to have these uncomfortable conversations for us to have a healthy community inside of the takeover scene period.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, yeah, I mean for these higher-up people I say y'all just got to. When y'all talking to them, the spectators, about how they're not helping, you guys got to. I feel like y'all got to explain to them, like where they're not helping at in the, when it comes to the spots and takeovers and everything when they're not helping at, you guys got to explain to them, like what they can do to help you guys. To put it up more further, to keep it going yeah, if y'all don't explain it the way that it should be explained, they're gonna look at y'all like what the fuck are we supposed to do? Like I don't know what I'm doing, and then they're just gonna start backing off, not blocking everything, and then it's just gonna go downhill and they're gonna feel like well, we're not wanting here.

Speaker 1:

Why should we come?

Speaker 3:

anymore If you guys explain to them. For example, if you explain to these specialists look, there's a part that's not blocked off, can you guys help put cars over there, direct people over there to block it off? Now they see, okay, now we can get helpful, now we can help them when it comes to certain situations, instead of just yelling at them and not explaining the correct way. Then it's gonna be like wow, they know. Now, we know what to do. Now we feel part of the spectators, now we can just help them.

Speaker 1:

Because we got to remember. Spectators change every year. People come and go in this scene. Some people here for the long haul, Some people ain't.

Speaker 2:

And to add on to what y'all saying, it's like just like how media has their own thing and swingers and racists got their own thing. Same thing with spectators. We all supposed to basically be on the same page, like if the spectators can communicate with each other, with the swingers, on a respectful boundary and have a conversation of you know spectators, we supposed to. You know block off, we supposed to hype, we supposed support. We're supposed to basically spread the word that the takeovers are more than just doing donuts, it's more than just going outside and having a fun time like it's a community. We're supposed to be familia. We're supposed to network, we're supposed to get to know each other because you can make friendships, you can meet, you know people in the scenes that you never that go through the same shit you go through in your daily life. And me, being a spectator, that's what Zach was saying.

Speaker 2:

Some people come in here not knowing what to do but if you give them a brief, low, respectful summary of like, hey, this is what we do, you either in or out, and you say it with what the guidelines are of what spectators are supposed to do, then shit, that's their choice to choose what they want to do. Either you leave the scenes or you come and join and be part of a bigger picture, because spectators do do something. I'm not saying they don't they do. They don't just come here to stand around. They come here to give y'all love, give y'all some a name, because a lot of these swingers get a name through media because we post and we do you know social media. They get a name through meeting people, because some spectators end up becoming media.

Speaker 2:

Like me, I became media just being a spectator. I had the passion of wanting to start swinging and racing. So the swingers have to understand that they have a bigger um power, that you could really open up people's hearts and minds to wanting to do what y'all do. You could inspire and and ignite and a flame. Ignite a flame in them to make more people want to join and not just stand around no more. Actually get into the activities, get into what y'all do.

Speaker 3:

So be respectful, really think about that in the back of your head, that y'all like influencers to them in their own way, if that makes sense yeah and I feel like also, it's like, if we're gonna do that, I feel like at the parking show, when they do the parking show, have everyone talk to each other, have someone stay in the middle of the microphone and explain the rules and everything, explain it to the spectators, so that way, when we get to a spot, they know what to do and then, after a long period of time, after spot to spot, they're going to get better at it and now we're going to have more fun. We can be at the spot for a longer time. Instead of being there for 10, 15, 20 minutes, we can be there for a whole hour before the cops come. You know.

Speaker 2:

That's. If they're not on dick, though, that's true, that's true yes, that's 100% true's.

Speaker 1:

The scene is hotter than it's ever been, I would say, but it was a successful night.

Speaker 2:

It was everyone did what they were supposed to do, it probably could have been 10 times better but I would say that's for cpd I'm gonna say this last night was busting.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, Like we got to see swingers at every spot, whether it was for two minutes or 20.

Speaker 2:

Shout out to y'all, Come on y'all did y'all shit, y'all really did.

Speaker 3:

Y'all put a good ass show on for us.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, shout out to motherfucking SP and Shy Privates. They did. They won two last night. That was real dope, real motherfucking powerful, how they came together and brought people together. They had a lot of swingers outside too. A lot of swingers outside.

Speaker 2:

Y'all did beautiful. Y'all kept shit going. Y'all kept shit going. Y'all did no issues. That shit was good. That shit definitely brought back a different feeling for everyone. For the ones that been in the scene for a little bit, I feel like that, that that put a lot of smiles on people's faces, and that's what we all want to see is everyone having a good time.

Speaker 3:

Everyone's smiling, laughing, supporting, and then that's all I'm going to say Y'all had people come out of their houses last night and record and it was having a blast. People were laughing, smiling. Y'all did a good show last night, not going to lie.

Speaker 1:

It was dope. They definitely did their thing. As far as like community and cars, like going to race nights, going to race nights is equivalent to a parking chill and some races, because you typically got more spectators than people who come to race, you feel me. So people just coming out to really be on some community shit. But we also got to remember that it's not the summertime. Summertime here, race night's going to be way more popping. Summertime hit, race night's gonna be way more popping. But also we gotta get everybody to understand ain't shit wrong with driving an hour away to go race. If, motherfuckers, come on, fucking do it like I've been seeing some active shit. I my homie be out there in his Audi. She drive an Audi wagon. Be out there racing and shit she be most wanted from luxury. Yeah, I seen her a few times. Yeah, I seen her a few times.

Speaker 2:

Girl know how to do her shit. Shout out to you I ain't never met you.

Speaker 3:

Same, I hope I meet you soon, but I've seen her a few times. Yeah, I've seen her a few times, girl know how to do her shit. Shout out to you.

Speaker 2:

I ain't never met you.

Speaker 3:

Same, I hope I meet you soon.

Speaker 2:

But I've seen her a few times Shout out to her because she cool as fuck.

Speaker 3:

She got that wheel for real.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, and that's the thing. Every aspect of this shit is different, whether it's Park and Chill, because the reason why the car community has a park and chill community, that is because it allows people to bring their families out and see nice cars, take their kids to see nice cars and do different shit. You know what I'm saying, with not worrying about the headache or the drama and all the extra shit. And then you got races. It's some people who don't want to do donuts, they just want to go fast in a straight line. So we got to. So, as a community, we got to. If we are attending race night, we got to start respecting the races Like this. This is race night. This ain't a takeover night. We shouldn't be swinging that race night. We should be driving, racing the motherfuckers like. You got this fast car, put it up against another fast car.

Speaker 2:

They hit like there's different like builds and like different modifications that these cars have and like uncle was saying, was that with these parking shields with families coming out. As a kid, maybe if I was younger, if my family did that, for me that shit would be dope, like that would be so cool, because now that's educational purposes and especially for all these modified cars that come out to race and shit and do what they do. It's fun because that's you could still get an adrenaline kick off of it, you could still get a show put on. It's still content for people like having those type of nights need to be respected because yeah, but parking chills, you Chill, you're not going to get no adrenaline.

Speaker 1:

We're going to make that clear right now Park and Chill is literally community building.

Speaker 2:

Well, I get adrenaline because I see different cars and I start asking questions Stuff that people who are really interested in that stuff it does.

Speaker 1:

You don't get adrenaline, you get endorphins because you get happy. Adrenaline is a different feeling. Feeling it's a hyper, that hype shit. Yeah, like that. Okay, I see what you're saying. You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 2:

Like so then, yeah, I guess, because, like for me, like when I see a nice modified car, like I'll start asking questions and like I meet a new person, I you know I and get to like be able to I meet a new person, I get to be able to get to know them and what got them into it, I feel like maybe, yeah, that's more of a happy feeling, I guess, maybe not an adrenaline kick, but also I'm a bubbly person and you know this, I always always Champagne bubbly, sometimes too bubbly Silly ass.

Speaker 3:

I brought my younger sister right here with me. My little brothers came out with me and my brother, my mom's, came out to the races takeovers with us before. Yeah, we bring our whole family out with us Now. My mom over there.

Speaker 1:

She don't really like it. Mom don't like the takeovers.

Speaker 3:

No, she don't really like them. It's too much for her. She only did, though, to bring our family close together.

Speaker 1:

But that's dope, though, Like she's sacrificing. That's a huge sacrifice to come do something that your kids love so we can bring our family closer. That's dope. That's a perfect example.

Speaker 3:

Us kids, we love having our mom around us To our friends, belle. She calls her mom. It's like her daughter right there. All my friends that have came around my mom, they all said your mom's really nice. I wish I had her as a mother. They all love my mom and that's what I like about it.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 3:

Having a close mom that come out with me and have fun with me.

Speaker 1:

Facts. So now this right here, leads me to my next question. Being able to have a support system in what we do is important. For sure we do is important Because if you don't have a support system, you're looked at as a bad apple and all this other shit. And like they don't, most, most parents don't understand why we are doing what we're doing, but the ones that do want to give a shout out to y'all it's just that simple the ones that don't. I ain't going to say nothing crazy, but go out there and see for yourself. You know what I'm saying. Go out there and experience what your children are experiencing, because hearing the motherfucking engines rev, the smell of the rubber the motherfucking excitement of the cars is a form of therapy.

Speaker 1:

Everything in that moment you watching your favorite swing, a swing and you forget about all your problems momentarily, without drugs or alcohol. It's literally the car giving you the rush. It's the car. What the car is doing, the fumes is spitting out, the sounds it's making, all that shit wrapped in one and it only takes a few seconds for them to do it, literally.

Speaker 3:

That and also having people play music in the background.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 3:

Like that's.

Speaker 1:

Party vibes.

Speaker 3:

Party vibes that you don't even have to drink or smoke to do anything. You can listen to that music and record the cars, go around and have fun and everything. Park up. Tell your family and friends, yeah, there's more to it than just swinging, like Bell said. There's more to it than just swinging and racing Like as a community. When you come out as a community, it's more fun than just walking up and just standing there not doing nothing. When you walk around talking to other people, you make friends.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, meet new people.

Speaker 2:

Participate. Like for the ones out there that have been in this game for a long time or been in here for a little bit, have fun and participate, Don't be scared.

Speaker 3:

Don't be shy.

Speaker 2:

Don't be shy, even if it means walking around someone, someone going to come up to you. I've had random people come up to me and shit, they became close people that I have in mind now.

Speaker 3:

Me and Belle. We met not that long ago at a Red's Night. I was with a scat pack, I didn't know for a little while and she was talking to us. I walk around Every time I have to meet. I walk around and talk to everyone out there. Why? Because I want to get to know people. I want to have more friends. I like people with cars. It doesn't matter if you have a lame car, fast car, nice car, it don't matter, as long as you're out there having fun with your family, your friends and the community.

Speaker 2:

That's what's most important that's what's most important facts preach cause yeah, like and shout out, shout out, skypack, ivan, but people that you know already. If it's a few people, it could be two, three people shoot. They end up by knowing people that you met once or twice that you really haven't got a second to really get to know. All it takes is one person to meet a whole group of y'all.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

To become a big part of a friend group, family, whatever, honestly, everything that I've seen in these scenes and everyone that I've met, good or bad, I appreciate all of them.

Speaker 1:

Facts.

Speaker 2:

Because I wouldn't be where I'm at to this day if it wasn't for them.

Speaker 1:

You wouldn't have learned the lessons you learned.

Speaker 3:

I would have not learned when I used to walk around. I made bell. How many times have I made you walk around with me and meet new people?

Speaker 2:

Oh yeah y'all, this motherfucker be dragging me outside. He be calling me, telling me come on, let's go outside. You've been inside all day. You've been working out. Come, come outside. Come join something, be a part of something.

Speaker 3:

Every time we have a takeover races y'all. I call her every day. I be like what are you doing? What are you doing Like, come on, you come outside. I don't care if you're tired or not, you come outside with me, we're going to have fun. And guess what? We all made friends out there to have fun. The other night she literally made me come out. I said I was tired, I didn't want to go out, and guess what happened.

Speaker 1:

Ended up outside.

Speaker 3:

Ended up outside with her, her dragging me around everywhere, be like that sometimes, if y'all have people like that, bro, bring them outside with y'all. Y'all going to have a lot more fun. Y'all going to meet new people. My brother, who don't even like talking to people like that, he be walking around talking to people out there too because of me, Like my family, we all shy, but we still walk around and talk to people.

Speaker 2:

It takes one person.

Speaker 3:

Like she said, one person y'all to change everything.

Speaker 1:

Change the atmosphere.

Speaker 3:

Like it's not bad. I ain't gonna lie, it's changed since a couple years. Since I've been outside, it's changed, you know. But hey, it's gonna get better, it's gonna get better.

Speaker 2:

That's the part of the whole journey that we on with this shit. It's a part of it. We end up. I should not have to tell you that a hundred times I know, but it's like I'm trying to get close as hell to the mic. I'm close as possible.

Speaker 1:

You know you supposed to.

Speaker 2:

You want me to crest it again. You want me to do a little lovely-dovely and crest it all over again.

Speaker 1:

I ain't say all that. You got instructions on how to motherfucking handle the mic. This ain't my first rodeo.

Speaker 3:

This is my first time I'm doing it better than you are.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, because you is not talking into the mic today. I don't know what you got going on.

Speaker 3:

I'm sorry, I'm sorry, that's why I'm dragging you outside tonight with me tonight.

Speaker 2:

I'm not going out tonight. I haven't even been back at my crib since yesterday 5 pm.

Speaker 3:

Nah, you coming outside with me tonight.

Speaker 2:

I've been outside all night, all morning I was kidnapped, nah.

Speaker 3:

Nah, you was not kidnapped. You coming out tonight with me.

Speaker 1:

But so if I, if you could leave the message, I mean the scene of message what would it be?

Speaker 3:

To be honest, it's just have fun, be safe, talk to everyone, get close, learn what you can learn, take it to heart. Don't, if someone's trying to explain something to you, don't take it to to like, oh, they're being mean. No, take it as a a learning lesson to help out with the scenes and everything you guys like. We are a big family. Stay together, no matter what.

Speaker 2:

Instead of competing, guide each other, advise each other, communicate, express some love.

Speaker 1:

Stop with all this competition and who's better? We're not going to stop the competition there's nothing wrong with friendly competition, Friendly competition.

Speaker 2:

you are absolutely correct.

Speaker 1:

We just need to get the friendly in front of competition Right For real.

Speaker 2:

Stop competition as in who's better, Instead of have friendly competition Like if you race someone.

Speaker 1:

Nah, hey, in a sport like this, the goal is to show For sure I'm better at this and for you to practice more, because if you want to be the best, you got to beat the best you correct. Yeah, a lot of people be running around screaming they the best, they the best, and they can only do circles. That don't count for nothing. And there are maneuvers, pit maneuvers that you need to learn rollbacks, fucking. I don't know what this specific maneuver is, but I done seen a several drifters like do it, where they motherfucking literally swing the ass into that bitch. I don't know if he got a name for it, but it's the way they swing it. It's not like a regular circular swing Like. It's damn near like an evasive maneuver, so they don't smack no other car.

Speaker 3:

Oh, I know what you're talking about. Oh they cut it. Yeah, they're basically, they cut it.

Speaker 2:

So like they can do figure eights the tandems, rollbacks, they can cut it where, like you saw it yesterday with I believe that was the Gray Camaro where he cut it.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, it was the Gray Camaro.

Speaker 2:

With the red stain.

Speaker 1:

Okay.

Speaker 3:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 3:

And also when you guys are racing after a race, dab each other's love and say good job. Don't walk off and be mad that you lost.

Speaker 1:

Facts.

Speaker 3:

Dab each other's love, Sports them what's it called Sportsmanship?

Speaker 2:

y'all Good sportsmanship, have some sportsmanship y'all.

Speaker 1:

Hey, one thing I remember about 312 versus Strictly Sideways days and I keep talking about this Because it's important them boys will talk all that shit In the group chat, call each other out online, meet in the pit and afterwards they'll be shaking hands and taking shots. We gotta get back to that.

Speaker 3:

We do.

Speaker 1:

That sportsmanship is important. Don't be a sore loser. Don't be a sore loser. Don't be a motherfucking A nigga. Bully you out the pit. That mean I need to practice more.

Speaker 3:

Practice more than bully his ass. Right back out that pit.

Speaker 1:

Exactly.

Speaker 2:

Like how do I say it? That shit motivate you and push you to want to do better. Like you look at it as If you get bullied out the pit or if you lose a race, just come back ten times harder. That should motivate you to want to practice your skill, improve your skill and shit. Put more shit into your car. Figure out what you got to do to get your car to where it's at Up to par, yeah.

Speaker 3:

If you're racing after the race you lose, tell them you want to do a. Get your car to where they're at Up to par. Yeah, if you're racing after the race you lose, tell them you want to do a single race by yourself and figure out what you're doing wrong. So when you come to the next race you know how to correct that mistake and beat the car that you're racing. Y'all.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, and some motherfuckers need to start taking their cars if it's fast enough to the track and really learning how to motherfucking drag race. There is a like people got to understand in drag racing you have to know how to launch your car properly in order to get that gain, especially if your car is a mopar, which has a slower acceleration than a camaro or a bmw or something. You know what I'm saying like. But because most mopars have from zero to 60, it's a slower acceleration speed than most other cars, but but after that they could take it wherever. Once it gets to that certain number, it's up there. You know what I'm saying and it's ways for you to get from zero to 60 faster. You just got to know how to do it.

Speaker 3:

I've seen cars that were fast, that had the people when they started to. After they said 3, 2, 1, go. I see people go up halfway and I see the car that's slower come out from the bottom and just and just catch up, yeah I'm like I see straight gap. I've seen on the highways the races anywhere I went, I've seen it y'all like. I'm not saying I'm a good, bad driver, but I anything, but I've raced before I've done it. You guys just know. Y'all need to know how to just like.

Speaker 3:

I said learn how to get control of that car and learn how to launch it right, you can win.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, because it's not. The car is indeed a part of the equation, but the driver is what makes the car, the car don't make the driver the driver make the car I heard on set.

Speaker 3:

It don't matter how fast your car is. If you know how to handle that car, you good. Yeah, you know how to. You know how to go I don't.

Speaker 1:

But with me saying this I don't want to see no motherfucking hill tamers trying to race those cat packs and shit, because that shit ain't going to work. And don't get me wrong, because I know them. Hell teamers, get up there. I had one. I used to call it my little baby mama special. Shit you not. Okay, motherfucker was brown like chocolate, brown, tinted up. It was my baby mama special and I made it from South Holland to the west side in 15 minutes, damn Unc.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, yeah, fuck you think you are Fuck, you speed demon over here man look. He the new Fast and Furious out here.

Speaker 1:

No, I really used to drive, drive, like I've been in the car scene for a long time. I used to drag race and in high school in 2008, I graduated. So right before I graduated my gift to myself for graduation was a 07 SRT with a Vortex turbocharger and I put some 24s on it. I had sounds in it and I was beating most cars because it was literally like a Hellcat before the Hellcats Hold on this for real damn like he was pulling.

Speaker 1:

He was pulling all the mama's back then oh god because that's a nice ass whip no, for real, like I used to. I used to race on south chicago. I used to race on dodie road man. I used to race somewhere everywhere, like I, we used to get busy. I used to race on Doty Road man. I used to race somewhere, everywhere, we used to get busy. I used to race out in front of the gardens on the 130th Going out to Joliet. All that shit.

Speaker 2:

Let us find out you back in the game when you start gapping more.

Speaker 1:

I would pay to see that Just wait till I build this build that I'm plotting on. When I pop outside, motherfuckers going to know I ain't going to put no date on it, because this shit take time.

Speaker 3:

That's what he's saying. Y'all, y'all, better be ready for it when it come outside.

Speaker 1:

This shit take time and a lot of money, but there is a bill coming.

Speaker 3:

Uh-oh.

Speaker 2:

Y'all heard it, y'all heard it.

Speaker 3:

You heard it Be ready. He got it coming.

Speaker 1:

Come on, yeah, that's awesome. I didn't know that. I didn't know that either. A lot of people don't, because only motherfuckers who know that about me was either old enough and was there to see me doing it, or hung around with me like my homies used to tell me all the time bro, you the craziest nigga I know driving, because, like I would, I would drag race and after I was done I would hang out my window and swing on my whims at half speeds down South Chicago, like just doing dumb shit.

Speaker 2:

I would love to have met back in the day.

Speaker 1:

He would have been the coolest motherfucker out there with us man Like like I, I've been young, wild and free, for sure.

Speaker 3:

That was something about. Did you ever swing out there or anything when you was back out there?

Speaker 1:

I swung my charger at the meet probably all of twice. One night was the night that La Diablita motherfucking smacked up all them people. Well, not even all them people. That person, it was one person, but it was a big crowd that was standing right there.

Speaker 3:

That was a big crowd of motherfuckers and y'all hear what they say. They tell y'all to get back for a reason, you know why? Because of what they say.

Speaker 1:

No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. See, you don't know who we talking about. See the. The girl asked for it. The girl picked up the a boulder and tried to bust her window. What? And she retaliated with her vehicle come here.

Speaker 2:

No, she, no hesitation, which, and in my opinion, I think she had all right to do that. It's all she did.

Speaker 1:

I mean car versus human, not so much. But in that timing she thought that was right. It worked out for both parties because nobody was really hurt, luckily.

Speaker 1:

So yeah, but we're going to leave that with that, yeah, we're going to leave that with that, yeah, but so, with that being said, us having these conversations, I would like to talk about how everybody who's a part of the takeover scene or the car scene, how they should respond in accident situations Spectators, swingers, media, whoever, everybody, whole community. If you have an accident with somebody, exchange information with that person. Don't run and be honest about your situation. If you fucked up, tell them you fucked up. I don't got no insurance because I'm fucked up. I can't really help you here. Got no insurance because I'm fucked up. I can't really help you here. But on the other hand, on the other end of that, we all as a community have to know and understand the risk we are taking coming to this shit. We could go to jail, we can get in an accident and, most frequently, we can get hit by a fucking car. So be on your P's and Q's.

Speaker 3:

And I feel like you might back me up on this one. I feel like if you guys see anyone that's broken down, hit ready. Y'all should help out, don't run.

Speaker 3:

Like the other. Last night we hadinger Stuck in the middle of the road. What we do Push him off To the parking lot, Make sure he was good. This is the one thing Everyone that. This is the one thing A lot of people have been mad about. I've seen it in the Takeover scenes Since I've been out. Everyone just runs and leave them Stuck in the middle and get caught by. Yeah, Like that's not okay. I feel like that should be addressed. Am I wrong?

Speaker 1:

Nah, you right about that, everybody. If we got swingers and something go wrong with their tire, we definitely need to get them away from the scene so they can get away safely. They can change their tire, do whatever they need to do. If they got a collar tow truck whatever. Do whatever they need to do if they got to call a tow truck, whatever that does need to happen. We need to implement something to make sure that all of our people are good, whether it's a swinger, whether it's a spectator, whether it's fucking uh media, what the fuck ever?

Speaker 1:

if you are a part of this community and you attend this shit frequently, stop and help. Stop being selfish and only thinking about yourself.

Speaker 2:

And as, adding on to what they saying, is same thing that happened on, I believe, race night. We had a motherfucker who swung to damn near nothing I'm talking about on straight wire. His shit was cut up and he put on a show and we were deep as hell. About 200 cars in the burbs.

Speaker 1:

But that's the thing though. You can't go to race night swinging and expect help, because most of the people who are there, no, no, no, listen to me, listen to me, hear me out, hear me out. It's called race night for a reason say the takeover shit for the takeover shit. Respect, we got to respect each individual lane. We can't go to the parking, chill shit doing takeover shit and burnouts and all that shit, because that create heat for them. Yeah, we can't go to a race night because racers are gonna want to leave once takeover people start swinging. So if you're not gonna race, I say don't go, or just go to be a spectator.

Speaker 2:

It's okay to spectate then Let me come correct when I said that it was a takeover night and race night. So we had races in the beginning and then at the end of the night we were trying to do takeovers. So the last spot we did for that meet, he was like one of two, three cars that popped out and swung and gave it a beautiful show. Did it damn near to nothing on his tire, and that beautiful show did it damn near to nothing on his tire. And that's when, and our limit was a rough night, because a lot of stuff was going on with 12 and he needed to get somewhere safe, to the point where he shredded his shit, to the point he needed to change out a tire. I had to help him change out a tire and a lot of people stood there recording, laughing like it's cool and all this is funny, whatever. Yeah, shit happens, but let's get him to a safe spot so that's why I was just adding on to that, but let me come correct, it was a.

Speaker 2:

It was a half race night, half takeover. The whole shout out to 630 hot pursuit boys.

Speaker 3:

They were trying to do a little bit of both, so everyone was happy okay, that's deep, that's decent, that's different I didn't come correct about that another thing is too, though, if we're gonna do that, I feel like when they're making these flyers and they're posting them, at least put on the flyers. If you're doing race and takeovers, put it on the fly where you do half race for the night and then half takeover, so everyone knows what we're doing so, so people could leave when they're ready to go.

Speaker 3:

Right and also back to the same one. We were helping people out. If y'all see someone get hit and it's by a swinger, don't keep swinging. Stop swinging for a minute, check on that person, make sure they're okay and help them get out.

Speaker 1:

If they're in the middle, they're on the side, help them get out, so check this out I. They're in the middle, they're on the side, help them get out, so check this out. I. Got a different opinion on that Because if your stupid ass out here not paying attention looking in your goddamn phone screen, whatever the fuck come with that shit, you've signed up for this.

Speaker 3:

That's true.

Speaker 1:

You know what I'm saying. Like some motherfuckers be out there when they shouldn't be, they be too intoxicated and they don't motherfucking be paying attention and that's a problem. I done seen too many motherfuckers with they back turned to the pit on they phone.

Speaker 3:

And get smacked.

Speaker 1:

And get smacked Like no, you asked for that. So if that swinger keep swinging, oh fucking well. Now an example one of my homies got hit. The few motherfuckers that came to help, we helped, got them together, loaded them up, sent them on his way. Okay, everybody ain't going to do that. Should everybody do that? Because you're going to want that help. If it's your turn, yeah.

Speaker 2:

Put yourself in their shoes.

Speaker 1:

But at the same time I also know and understand that I can't expect nobody from the scene to help me, except for the people that genuinely love and fuck with me.

Speaker 3:

So you got to know that too, because when I got hit my friends didn't know me, but I saw. When I got in my foot I saw people asked me if I was okay, the person I was swinging. They didn't say are you okay? While they were going I said, yes, keep going, because I was okay if you guys also, if you guys are in the pit, know what you're doing, know what you're signing up for, because if you don't know what you're doing while you're in that pit, it's gonna end badly for people facts so if you're in that pit, you're one thing I've always thought, one thing I came across when I'm in the pit right, you need to follow that car wherever the way that car is going.

Speaker 3:

Turn your whole body. I don't care if you're recording or you're just standing there having fun. Turn your whole body, watch that car. So when you know if that car starts coming to the middle, you need to have enough time to get out that middle or move to another side so you don't get smacked. You don't get smacked yeah, because too many people I've seen in the middle got smacked too many times and it was on them because they weren't paying attention yeah, or they was looking.

Speaker 1:

People make the mistake of looking at their phone while swinging yeah, I mean while recording instead of looking at the car and remember you're doing it. Get your shot in frame and use your ass, Fuck that motherfucking screen For real. If you miss it, you miss it.

Speaker 1:

There's more to it like literally, I got footage where the god damn Osmo rolls up on his own. So I only got the top half of the car and there's some raw shit going on. Well, I don't got that clip, but I ain't dead, I ain't ran over, I ain't get hit cause my eyes ain't on the shot. My eyes ain't on the shot, my eyes is on the live action that's going on, because I know these cars are big enough to kill me For real.

Speaker 2:

And I'm glad you pointed that out, because I was just speaking to someone about like just media work, Like don't keep your face in tune in your phone because you're not going to understand Once you pop your like you said what was the word?

Speaker 1:

you used Once you set your shot in frame.

Speaker 2:

Right, it's cool because as long as you moving your eyes with your phone, with your body, naturally that content. You'll follow that clip looks beautiful and like again that content looks beautiful and like again the content. Shit is not worth your life. There's so much to come this year and many years.

Speaker 1:

I ain't going to lie to you. I done heard several media people say the Mac was worth the shot.

Speaker 3:

Sometimes, yeah, I go like, sometimes it do.

Speaker 2:

I done seen some cold footage from a mac and I'd be like damn but see some of these motherfuckers probably been in the game and know what they doing no, I ain't.

Speaker 1:

No. Look them motherfucking cars. Is cars still at the end of the day?

Speaker 3:

I don't care how long you've been in this shit also, when you're in the middle and you're at big intersections, do not make that pit big enough where the cars have little room to go around you, because that's how someone's going to get smacked. If you're going to go in the middle, put a couple people in the middle and rotate Whoever's in the middle. Y'all need to rotate with other people so everyone can get a chance, especially if you're experienced with it.

Speaker 1:

And this is my honest opinion. I honestly believe only people with official cameras should be in the middle. If you an iPhone shooter, stay your ass on the sidelines. I know you want the thrill of being in the middle. Hey, why they looking at you?

Speaker 2:

Because that's literally me, because this motherfucker love the pit. The pit is his best friend, but listen though, I know what I'm doing.

Speaker 3:

Though I like when I go to the pit, I don't always go. Oh yeah, let me get a shot of that car while it's going.

Speaker 2:

No, sometimes you in the middle Yo ass real motherfucker hard Like.

Speaker 3:

Sometimes I put my phone away. Sometimes I'll just stand there and just watch and just look at it because it's nice. I don't care about photos or anything. Yeah, look at these faces as long as I'm having fun.

Speaker 1:

Hey, mama over there, like you lying my mama can just stay over there. She's a sister for me to be mama. Yeah, that sad face.

Speaker 3:

Nah, because y'all don't know something for real. For real, my sister would just standing there not paying attention to the car. I'd be able to yell at her sometimes like, sis, move the hell out the way before you get smacked. And if you get smacked, you know what my mama told me. She literally said if y'all siblings get smacked, when you and your older brother get home, y'all got an ass beating waiting for y'all. Because if y'all siblings get hurt, that's on y'all, am I?

Speaker 1:

wrong mom.

Speaker 3:

You see that y'all she pointing at Joe ass All our asses, because if they get hit, that's on us and honestly I ain't going to lie. And also, y'all also understand Family. Is y'all got to pay attention to y'all family, bro? Because if my sibling got hurt I'm going to be messing, I'm going to fight someone out there, but at the same time it's going to be on me because I'm not paying attention to my siblings.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, hey. I had a rule right when I used to bring, like people who were inexperienced with the meats do not follow me into the pit.

Speaker 3:

That's my rule.

Speaker 1:

Stay behind the crowd If you can't see. Put your motherfucking phone up there and watch that shit through your phone. Do not be that close. I don't care how close I get. Do not follow me. I'm experienced with this shit. I have instincts with certain swingers where I will get in the pit and let them do they thing Like I almost got macked last night. I got Freddie Fass feed. Dude did it intentionally with his goofy ass, but he was mad because I was trying to kick him out the pit for white boy boxes. Cause gee, this AMG nice, but you're not certified, you're just doing donuts. I don't want to see donuts. Let let folks lose.

Speaker 3:

Right Cause why I ain't gonna lie White boy box, when he gets in that pit y'all, he is wild. That's why every trying to tell people I said, when white boy boss gets in that pit y'all, if you're inexperienced, do not get in that pit At all, because he will not intentionally, but he will accidentally end up smacking someone in that pit.

Speaker 1:

Nah, I haven't seen him smack nobody yet he knows what he's doing.

Speaker 2:

He knows to get close enough to motherfuckers to give them their content.

Speaker 1:

He knows exactly what he's doing when I say he's a precision driver. He saw me standing there and fooled literally oh, rollback show right there. Watch this Boom. Put that bitch right next to me I'm talking about. Like he rolled past me, he could have rolled his window down and said what up bro and took off.

Speaker 3:

That's how it's going. You hear me, I've had people do the same thing. I've been close.

Speaker 2:

So, with that being said, if you unexperienced and you see that motherfucker, keep your ass on the sidewalk.

Speaker 3:

Please.

Speaker 2:

Because he gives the most beautiful show for these people. Facts and he gets close enough to where he know what the hell he doing, he really do.

Speaker 1:

Like he will touch all four corners of that intersection.

Speaker 2:

He will kiss the motherfucker and then caress it.

Speaker 3:

I literally bent the pit while he was swinging. I touched the back end of his car. I said what I was doing before, like he's gotten close to me because he knows. He knows how to swing y'all.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, he's probably one of the.

Speaker 3:

Him.

Speaker 1:

Him. The V-Boys oh my god, I love the V-Boys and GBB. Those are indeed my elite Precision drivers Out here Right now. Like they for sure. Precision drivers. All of them from fucking ctsv joe, motherfucking sick with it. And I remember when six started he was like man gee. I'm not that good or too sick one of them, one of one of them from the v boys, because I was trying to tell him like man gee, come hit a rollback right here and he was like G. I ain't, but this was like last year. He was like man G. I'm just getting started. I don't know if I got it like that, but seeing him now Shorty gets active and get wild. But white boxes, precision, All the GBB precision. And that's because they practice. Practice takes perfect. As much as people don't say that, you might say that Practice takes perfect. What?

Speaker 2:

is it? Practice makes perfect Right. I'm sorry y'all.

Speaker 1:

It's been a long day.

Speaker 3:

Also, another thing If y'all are in a pit while they're swinging and the cops come, do not run out the pit while they're swinging.

Speaker 1:

Oh, God yeah.

Speaker 3:

That's going to make them more. How do I say it?

Speaker 1:

Like their response is going to be chaotic because you're chaotic. Yep, their response is going to be chaotic because you're chaotic. So now they trying to dodge a crowd of human beings who decided to be in the middle. Like nigga, they not going to do nothing to you in that middle? Like fuck it, take whatever, come with it. You signed up for this shit, let them. Swingers get away. We need to protect swingers, we don. We need to protect swingers. We don't need to see swingers getting spiked. Police should not be getting that close to us. We also need to have lookouts Motherfuckers really looking out for police on foot. More than anything, because we can see the lights when they come, it's when they creep up on foot. More than anything, because we can see the lights when they come. It's when they creep up on foot, that's when they get everybody.

Speaker 3:

Yes, and they also need to stop kicking their cars and everything Like they're going to every time, y'all vandalize vandalize the cops, shoot at them, throw things at them. They're going to keep getting more violent with us and they're going to do more damage to us than we are going to do to them.

Speaker 1:

Facts, Because they the biggest gang in the city of Chicago and also If y'all see Unc out there humping a police car like I'm off a honey pack, just know that was my decision. I saw them do that in Jacksonville and I've been on that ever since.

Speaker 2:

That's funny. So, you telling me.

Speaker 3:

I'm finna.

Speaker 2:

See my TO Huff in a CBD car.

Speaker 1:

You might. Or if it's a lady officer, I'm going to give her a rose.

Speaker 2:

I would love to see that Wait Unc were you one of the guys?

Speaker 3:

Have you ever seen that dude at the one meet where he had flowers in his hand and he set the vase down and started running around the flower vase talking about where the swingers at?

Speaker 1:

Boy that was me. That was you, I told you, I am the hood florist. That was me.

Speaker 3:

I saw you, hood floors, that was me. I saw you, I recorded you. I looked at you and said hell yeah to you.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, that was me.

Speaker 3:

That was one of my first meets ever.

Speaker 1:

That's what's up.

Speaker 3:

Dude, you were like I'm off the Henny. I got the Henny, by the way, I'm off the Henny. Yeah, I was like no way, this man crazy as hell yeah.

Speaker 2:

Unk really does show love to these swingers and to the media. He shows love to everyone. He takes his time out to go get these pedals to come out his way, to go to all these spots and show love. It's really like that's what brings joy.

Speaker 3:

That's what brings us together and pure genuine love to what?

Speaker 1:

this shit is. I'm here for the love of this shit.

Speaker 3:

Also, like Unk said, when y'all about blocking people off, blocking those roads off, if y'all can block off to a stand where there are cars that are way the hell back there enough, where the swings can get out of there and people can get out the middle and get out safely that's going to make it more fun for you guys.

Speaker 1:

Also, the more we block, the longer we hold a spot, because if we got the streets blocked up to the point where there is at least one exit and we can use bodies there to keep the police from getting there, everybody can escape.

Speaker 3:

Hell, that one spot before we went to the movies. We was there. Good for what? 40 minutes Almost With no cops.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 3:

Because we had that blocked off for a good amount. We had a good amount of people that were blocking it off. But that's another thing. If you see people telling you like park over there, park over there, you guys, that's to help block it off. If you see us directing you to go that way, go to that side, listen to what we're saying, because we're trying to keep it blocked off to enough where we can get people out of there. And also, if you're gonna be in the back blocking traffic off and you're in a way back car, make sure this is not a good idea, but make sure you guys have your plates off, your place covered, so then the cops can't see your place. You can't get in a lot of trouble because if you have your plates on while you're in the back blocking it off, they can run your plate and get your information and get you but remember that's the part of the risk, so be aware that too, because don't, don't forget, people ain't just gonna come up to you without some type of intention.

Speaker 2:

so if people coming up to y'all, to y'all spectators, to whoever remember they coming up to you and saying, hey, could you come park over here, hey, could you move out here, is to let you know. Hey, there could be a possible swinger behind you that's trying to get in, that's trying to put the show on. It could be a motherfucker telling you to move out the way so that you could block off and participate. Just that's the whole point of this shit is participate, have fun, because the more people that participate, the more people that are on the same page, the more we can make this shit keep going.

Speaker 3:

And keep making it ten times better. Make sure there's an opening for all the swingers. If you guys see a lot of swingers, make sure there's one spot for them to line up To get back in and forth out of. If they're coming out from one way, make sure there's an across the way for them so they can get out for the next minute to come in.

Speaker 2:

You got anything to say, Unc?

Speaker 3:

Yeah, Unc, you got anything to say over there.

Speaker 1:

All I gotta say is we gonna keep turning up, we gonna keep having a ball and we're going to keep striving to make the community a better place and a safe space. Because at one point in time families used to come to the takeovers and I would like to see that I got daughters. That's into this car shit because of me Doing donuts with them in the car when they was kids and shit and they like coming to this shit. But I'm not going to bring them out here because I feel like at any moment shit might go bad. So I don't bring them. I can't risk my precious children's lives.

Speaker 2:

I respect that.

Speaker 1:

Thank you.

Speaker 2:

I really respect that. That's awesome. I didn't know that.

Speaker 3:

Nowadays, you guys are out here Shooting at the police. It's getting too wild and people are bringing their Like I said, they're bringing their families out here. What if one of you people Are shooting at the police? One of them, bullets hit One of them? People's family, one of the kids?

Speaker 1:

Or just shooting period, cause I'm not gonna. I'm not gonna act like it ain't right. Come on, I I'm not going to act like motherfuckers just out here willy-nilly, just shooting at the police. There's been a couple incidents that occurred, but yeah, we're not going to keep saying that like it was just motherfuckers just out there aiming at the police on some hot shit. No, that's not what's going on, but shooting period. I don't care if you're shooting in the air, whatever. Stop that shit. Stop trying to show off, stop like bro.

Speaker 1:

Hey, I challenge everybody to leave the guns in the car, and when I say that I mean like, while y'all swingers swinging, tell your homies, bring props. Let's get back to the old days of this shit. Motherfuckers, fuck that gun. The flags, the signs that shit was fun. The flags, the signs, the fucking water guns, all that shit. Hell yeah, the water guns were fun. Do all the shit that like. Even funny props. Oh, a nigga brought a sex doll to the meet Shit like that I saw a motherfucker with a Chucky doll yes, Chucky, I want to see all that shit, I want to see.

Speaker 3:

If y'all want to do some fun ass shit like that Fun shit Bring some water balloons in, throw water balloons or something. Have fun.

Speaker 1:

Nah, hey, we in Chicago, let's not do that, because that might start a fight. Don't throw bad people. Don't throw that shit nowhere, because a motherfucker might get a splash on them. And now we fighting everybody. I can see the water guns the flags, the stars.

Speaker 2:

You can throw the water guns at the police.

Speaker 1:

Nah see, that's still a violation. We don't want to do nothing that the police can, motherfucking, make us a target behind.

Speaker 3:

And don't do burnouts in front. If they're behind you at the spot, don't back your car up and do a burnout and smoke them.

Speaker 1:

Nah, I like seeing that.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, but that makes it more hard to get out though, with all that smoke. That's the thing.

Speaker 2:

But that's the risk that you're taking when you're going here.

Speaker 1:

It's smoke everywhere, hey, but they putting that smoke up to smoke screen them, not us. Yeah, you better learn how to navigate through that shit.

Speaker 3:

Get the hell out of that bitch.

Speaker 1:

You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 3:

If you need to have your windows down to see out that motherfucking roll your windows down and look out.

Speaker 1:

Need to see.

Speaker 3:

Have people. If you look, they're smoking. If you have to have people sit outside your window to look through to see where you can get out of, then go for it. But once you start taking it out, though, tell them to get back in the window. Don't be outside the window on the highway, where you're doing 100, 150, 120 miles an hour down the highway. Because, you'll fall out and get hurt really bad.

Speaker 2:

Really bad and when I talk about, like about props and stuff like that Hood, you got your pedals and shit right, yeah, them, not props them.

Speaker 1:

Like rewards, rewards I like that. Yeah, the flower cone when I made the flower cone, I was bringing the flower cone out every weekend because it was rewarded to the best swingers. I only allowed the best swingers to swing around it. Oh, wow, you know what I'm saying. But the more advanced our scene got, it didn't leave me in a position to bring the flower cone out anymore, because niggas started learning better tricks and I don't want to be in the middle if a nigga want to hit a figure eight. Yeah, no, right, you know what I'm saying. I want a motherfucker to have free reign. So I stopped bringing the flower cone out.

Speaker 3:

Also, you guys need to stop and started bringing rose petals instead. Also, you guys need to stop throwing plastic bottles or whatever into the middle while they're swinging.

Speaker 1:

Any type of bottles.

Speaker 3:

Because that's going to fight their entire hit that they could easily spin out and hit something. Hit a curb pole people.

Speaker 1:

Whatever, whatever.

Speaker 3:

Especially like last night when someone threw a pink buzz ball in the middle. The car went and ran over that and went and spun out.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, like we got to start being respectable and fucking.

Speaker 2:

y'all know what the fuck I'm trying to say, yeah, y'all know what we're saying out here tonight. To get onto something that I wanted to address for the bitch.

Speaker 1:

I don't know where you're going with this and you be police's heel.

Speaker 2:

I'm not being police's, heel Police's heel. This is something serious for the babies that come out, and I'm talking about, like the 15 year olds okay please do not drink and drive this weekend you know, the mic is picking all that up, right?

Speaker 1:

why you?

Speaker 2:

oh my bad, okay to address this with the babies 16 year olds and 15 year olds anyone, please do not drink and drive. This weekend I saw one one accident is enough for me. But to see two, three, four and it keep going for these babies out here, like y'all just got y'all license and everything like I get it. You might not be able to find a ride or nothing like that, but shoot, that could be the universe telling you something. But please do not drink and drive and go to these meets and hang out the window while you have your friend driving that's intoxicated or something like that. Just please don't do that, because we've seen too many people that are just starting their lives and that are just starting to go outside and be adventurous. But please be safe about it.

Speaker 3:

I literally had to help push a car the other night. Someone hit a brick wall. Literally had to help push the car. The drive door couldn't even open. Had to push the car while other people were pushing and jumped through the passenger seat and stared at that damn car. Other people to jump while they're pushing and jump through the passenger and stare that damn car. Someone just crashed the other night, going through a red light and smacked a whole nother car and, and the thing with that is being said is these kids get hurt hey, y'all, I also need you tiny tykes and you spectators period.

Speaker 1:

Stop driving fucking crazy. Yeah, that is the number one reason we are having casualties on the scene because motherfuckers driving crazy being stupid racing to the spot you trying to race to the next location and you can't drive for real. Lead the speed shit to the next location and you can't drive for real. Lead the speed shit to the. Let the swingers do all the fast shit.

Speaker 3:

They tell y'all every time in the group chat. I've seen the group chats do not race to the spots.

Speaker 1:

And split the fuck up.

Speaker 3:

Go different directions, because that's how y'all keep reading all the cops to these spots.

Speaker 1:

I ain't gonna lie to you. Back in the day, when the police were less about following motherfuckers to the next location, it was cool for us to all ride together. Not, no more.

Speaker 3:

They are too high.

Speaker 1:

We need to start taking different routes at least two to three different routes every time.

Speaker 2:

And to say this what we mean by split up, because, for God Lord, a lot of y'all don't understand what split up means. Park at a gas station for five minutes, get you a snack, I don't care, go around a block, fucking go through a neighborhood or whatever, just split up is not that hard. Don't run these red lights, stop, fucking, do something. If expect, for, like it don't matter, it could be five minutes you might miss a spot, but who cares?

Speaker 2:

we got all night, that's the whole point is we try to make this shit go for as long as we can. It's not that hard, and it really upsets me that some people don't understand what the word means split up, occupy yourself and let these swingers get to where they need to go. Because you're not the one putting the show on. For us they are.

Speaker 1:

That tequila and coffee combo was a terrible mix.

Speaker 3:

That's what you did.

Speaker 2:

I had the coffee first, and then you had the tequila?

Speaker 1:

yeah, and then I had the tequila after the coffee that sound like a hood special it really do so what it was? I was looking for what it was. I was looking for energy, but I didn't want no fucking red bull, so I got a fucking coffee at my shop. I had my sister make me a coffee and then my uh. And then, uh, my peoples came and they had a motherfucking bottle and they like take a shot with us.

Speaker 2:

And I'm like alright, Mama looking at hood like mm-mm-mm.

Speaker 1:

It was a bad decision. No, sir, it was a bad. It was a bad decision, especially on the empty stomach, especially on the empty stomach.

Speaker 2:

But it also y'all the host tell y'all, I don't know mama, these kids had me outside On an empty stomach Drinking Pink Whitney.

Speaker 3:

Hell yeah, whoever drink Pink Whitney.

Speaker 2:

I swear to God that's a menace.

Speaker 3:

You know who, exactly who it was, but my shorty.

Speaker 2:

Except for my shorty, cause my shorty had Pink Whitney in for her. I'll take a shot.

Speaker 3:

And she had me. She had me off of Hennessy and Monaco.

Speaker 2:

That's my drinking comment.

Speaker 3:

It really is we be dangerous as hell. Dangerous, not my friend, but also Hennessy.

Speaker 2:

Is dangerous too, y'all oh no, Henny and Duce, my favorite combo.

Speaker 3:

That's what I was on last night Henny and Monaco.

Speaker 1:

Shout out to KIS for getting my number.

Speaker 3:

Oh, bro, shout out to KIS for.

Speaker 1:

Hey, I don't even know why we going down this road after we just told motherfuckers don't drink and drive. So y'all drink and drive.

Speaker 3:

You gotta drink and drive.

Speaker 2:

But we out here that been in here, we know the drill, we know how to do it.

Speaker 1:

No, no, no, no. You can't be hypocrites.

Speaker 2:

But I wasn't driving though.

Speaker 3:

Right, if you're not driving, it's different.

Speaker 2:

I had a D&D, you feel me.

Speaker 1:

Yes, make sure you have a designated driver. If you're trying to get drunk, let your homie that love to kick it, but don't drink. All he do is smoke weed. Let folks be the designated driver, oh God.

Speaker 3:

For real Straight up. We don't need to keep seeing you guys in the accidents and that causes a lot of heartbreak and everything in these scenes.

Speaker 1:

And it makes the scene hotter. The more accidents we have, the more the police want to stop this shit, but it's a part of the scene.

Speaker 2:

It is yeah there's things in the scenes that we're not going to like and that's still going to happen and occur. But if we can at least be vocal about it consistently and at least we can put it out there, the more and more hopefully we get some people that will start changing their minds or will start listening and open up?

Speaker 1:

For sure.

Speaker 2:

So it's going to be a recurring thing. You're going to keep hearing it If it's on a podcast, if it on in the streets, it don't matter you gonna keep hearing it for shit show.

Speaker 1:

But yeah, so it's your boy, the hood flores, and you tuning in to the rollback show and we about to roll the fuck out. I had an amazing time talking with y'all. Speaker 3:

Speaker 1:

Speaker 2:

Speaker 1:

Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. If you can't make it out on the weekend, you gotta make fun for yourself, but roll it out. It's the roll Back Show and we rolling the fuck out.
